I drank it in Namba before and it was delicious. Please let me know if there are any stores or liquor stores in Kansai where I can drink Tagaji.
I've been looking all over for it, but I can't find it!
I caught a cold🤧 at the turn of the season, and it has been a long time since I had a drink🍶.
The brand name is "Tagaji", but the name was changed to "Takaji" (hiragana) because of the desire to create a new world view.
The last time I drank their standard Junmai Omachi was very good, so I chose it without hesitation from the store ☺️
It has a pleasant aroma with hints of pineapple and melon, and a gaseous sensation on the tongue.
It is a refreshing and fruity wine that you can enjoy more and more!
Hi Dai, good evening.
I see you had a cold 💧.
I'm glad you are able to have a drink with us again🍀.
This one also looks delicious with a good balance of sweetness, umami, and sourness: ⤴️
Thank you for your concern 😊
I've been curious about the Tagaji brand lately, and if it's available in stores, I'd like to try the Yamadanishiki version next: ☺️
Because it is a draft sake, it has a strong acidity.
The sweetness that comes out in the bitterness is very characteristic.
What is Association No. 9?
The rice flavor is powerful!
This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that has a fresher taste due to the "nao kumi-shu" method, in which the sake is bottled immediately after pressing. The nose has a concentrated fruity aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits. The sweetness is very dry and refreshing, and when you take it into your mouth, the mellow flavor with the umami that is typical of Omachi spreads out with a glossy, juicy acidity.
Sake rice is Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture, rice polishing ratio 68%, and yeast is Association No. 9.
Served well chilled ✨
Mild but firm acidity and bitterness come at first 😏, while it also feels fresh, the mellow rice flavor spreads on the palate 😆👍.
As you continue to drink, you can also taste the sweetness, and the impression of a clear and crisp sake that lasts until the end! This sake is a perfect match for any dish!
I paired it with fried Mexicali 🤤.
