Takaji Prototype Unfiltered Nama Sake Aroma of rice with a hint of sweetness, fruity sweetness on the palate, and a pleasant aftertaste. The meeting with Mr. Gula ⑬ I've had 18-mori before, but this is my first time to drink Tagaji. And it is a test brew of hiragana. It is a gorgeous and quite sweet sake. A little dry and sweet. It must have been gassy when it was freshly opened. It's a blend of several yeasts, with a bit of aromatic yeast.

Sweet with a graininess. Slightly astringent, reminiscent of white wine, with a slight acidity. It leaves a delicious aftertaste. É It is very drinkable and has an alcohol content of 16%. It is a little heavy, perhaps due to the fact that it is a pure sake. It may be more appealing when paired with a small, tasty snack. It is a draft sake, but it will get even better as the days go by!

Today's local sake after a long absence 🍶. First time for a brand series "Tagaji"! We have a big banner in our store to promote our local liquor store, but this is the first time we are going to take you there 😅. Since I took the trouble to bring you here, I'll have it right away... The aroma is full of sake, but when you take a sip...oh my 💦 it's modern and light 😅. The taste changes when you change the glass to an inokuchi (cup), which also gives it a "nice" taste 😍. I thought local sake was a bit of a classic and not my cup of tea, but surprisingly enough 💦 it's good 😋.

I've never seen this before at the liquor store I always stop by at work... Hiragana "takaji". I had to buy it. I immediately opened the bottle. It tastes like something I've had somewhere before. If I remember, I'll write an oyster. It tastes fresh and has an aftertaste of wooden barrels. Yesterday, I conquered the easternmost point of Honshu. I heard it was only 3k from the parking lot, so I decided to go there... I was naive, it takes 1 hour one way. I underestimated the mountain road. It's hard for lack of exercise. We finally made it, But the weather was nice and the view was great. On the way there, we stopped at a restaurant? The ramen noodles with natural wakame seaweed and mekabu was delicious. ‼️
