The rich umami of the rice spreads through the flavor, making it a very satisfying cup. There is a slight sense of gas, and in the latter half, the astringent taste comes out and combines with it, giving a sense of tightness. The refreshing and crisp finish was also irresistible!
The day ended with leek soba noodles.
Sweet, crunchy, and fragrant chives from Okayama. It was the first time for me to try it, and I was amazed at how delicious it was!
