Today, I'm going to try Akita Prefecture's Amano-do❗️ its Junmai Daiginjo❗️❗️
The aroma is fresh, fruity, and sweet❗️❗️A sip will give you a mild texture on the tongue followed by a tingling raw numbness❗️ slight bitterness❗️❗️Daiginjo but refreshing and good as a food sake⭕️
Sweet
Acid Dawn
A little bitter
Seems to have won an award, but I don't know the details.

I missed the shuwashu.
I chose a sparkling nigori.
Beautiful standing.
Shuwataro! Foaming! Nigori!
The bottle was opened without difficulty, probably because it was well chilled.
I was wondering about the Toro of the Schwattro, but it was more refreshing than Toro! Huh?
Pouring it into a glass, it was a solid white, and the taste in the mouth was dry? I wouldn't go so far as to say it was dry, but it wasn't sweet. On the contrary, it tingled. I drank it all up deliciously.
Purchased at Akita station on a business trip!
First time drinking it, but just the right mouthfeel🆗.
The price is unbelievable at 1500 yen for 45% polished rice.
I drank it at home with my family and they said it was easy to drink and delicious 😋.
I think it's best to buy locally because of the shipping cost if you buy mail order.
I'll look for it at a liquor store in Fukushima.

Taste & Aroma
It has a fruity and sweet aroma, but the taste itself is not that sweet. It has a slightly sour taste, with a moderate umami and bitterness. The aftertaste is not persistent, so it can be drunk neatly. It seems to go well with nabe dishes.
