Polishing ratio 80%, Alcohol 16
Rice used: 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture
Junmai-shu - Unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake
Aroma
Banana aroma
Taste
Normal attack, slightly carbonated, bitter
Chocolate banana, sweetness comes first, but later complex flavors rush in, acidity is not so much.
Slightly strong, with a strong presence.
Aftertaste
Bitterness lingers.
good as a mid-meal drink
Loud sound when the lid is opened
Aroma and taste that is hard to believe it is made with 80% polished rice
The sense of fizz is weak.
It has a refreshing feeling typical of Kaze no Mori and an easy-to-drink mouthfeel without being too sweet, which is what I would call this.
It is a stable juicy type of rice.
It is a stable juicy type, but it is also less sweet than other rice varieties.
I would like to try this one in a variety of different ways.

Recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Strong attack with sweetness, acidity and astringency.
The aftertaste is dry and sharp, well-balanced.
Aromas of muscat, grapes and pears.
There is a gaseous feeling due to the sake being unpasteurized.
Smooth, well-balanced and delicious sake
I drank it yesterday and I'll drink it again today... Today I bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori in Nara.
I thought it was a mild dry sake with a sour taste, not too sweet. It is plain for a Kaze no Mori and would go well with anything! With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it is safe (?) to drink! It is safe (?) to drink!
I served it with fried horse mackerel, tuna tataki, and lettuce salad!

Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 657
This is the middle of Kaze no Mori! It seems to be!
Fresh fruitiness with a complex flavor with a bit of meloniness. It's been a while since I've had this, but it's good! And it's only 1,540 yen!
Solid taste
