甘酸っぱくジューシー。硬くクリアなみずみずしさ、ほどよい渋味。
伍郎の豆腐、カプレーゼ、こしあぶらの天ぷらと合わせる。

A blend of rice from Ogino's family and SakeBase grown rice. SakeBase is also amazing to be able to compete with Mr. Yubinaga so well. It is a beautiful sake that does not disappoint 🎵.
