The taste is smooth and refreshing.
Change over time: ★★★☆☆☆] The aroma decreases and the smell of alcohol comes out.
Comment] Kaoru-shu Soshu. I drank it early in the summer. It is so easy to drink and tastes so good that I drank a bottle at a time. I would like to make it a regular summer drink from now on.

This is a well-known brand at Gin-no-sake Kibune, but since it is always there, I put it off.
I can't feel the taste of Noh because it's been around for quite a while (ToT).
I'm done here for the time being.
The next day, although I wasn't hungover, I had to drink a good amount of water to get myself back in shape. 😅
I looked at Sake no Wa's records and found that the brand I drink the most was Kaze no Mori. Well, I had noticed that, lol.
I am very grateful that even at this time of year I can have it in my favorite draft sake. Thank you for the sake that always tastes as good as ever. Thank you to the brewer.

The aroma is sour for a Kaze no Mori, and the taste is dry.
It also has a solid effervescence, but it is a little less fruity than other Kaze no Mori.
While it has a sourness, it also has a fruity, apple-like flavor. It may be like the Mikumari Hououmida we drank the other day, but with less fizz and more like a cider.
