地下鉄の南海なんば駅から、なんば千日前通り商店街を抜けると、通称「ウラなんば」と呼ばれる、個人経営の小さな店を中心とした飲食店街が広がります。 サクッと飲んで次の店へ行く"ハシゴ酒"を楽しむ人が多いこのエリアで、ひときわコンパクトなのが「酒・兵吾」です。ハシゴ酒でウラなんばを一周して、また戻ってくるお客さんも多いという人気店。その魅力を探っていきましょう。 とってもコンパクトな立ち呑み屋 店の入口には、大きな提灯と「風の森」のタペストリーが掲げられています。​店内はスタンディングのカウンターのみで、8人も入れば満員。コンパクトな店ですが、開店の14時から続々とお客さんが来店します。 酒肴には強いこだわりがあるようで、店主やスタッフが試作を繰り返しながらメニューを作っています。 おすすめは、開店当初から提供しているという「鯛いりうにまぶし」(400円)。 パウダー状のウニを鯛にまぶしたシンプルな一品。さっぱりした鯛と濃厚なウニがどんな相性なのか、半信半疑にいただきましたが、思わず感心してしまいました。パウダー状のウニが、鯛の淡白な味わいを良く引き出してくれます。 ​続いては、人気の高い「焼きみそ」(400円)です。 鴨ミンチ・椎茸・クルミ・白ネギ・甘みそを秘伝の量で混ぜ込んでいます。注文を受けてからしゃもじに載せて焼き上げてくれるのがうれしいですね。濃厚なようでサッパリとしている不思議な味でした。これだけで、何杯も飲めてしまいそうです。 こちらの「いちじくバター」は女性に大人気。 さっぱりとした上品な甘味があるイチジクと、口当たりのなめらかなバターが絶妙のハーモニーを奏でます。 ​店主が惚れ込んだ「風の森」のみで勝負! こだわりの肴に合わせて提供される日本酒は、奈良県御所市の油長酒造が醸す「風の森」。2011年の開店当初から「風の森」しか置いていないというこだわりようです。年間、一升瓶で2,000本が空いてしまうのだとか。 生酒の良さを味わってほしいという思いから、開栓した日、もしくはその翌日に飲み切ることができるように、あまりたくさんの種類や量を置かないと決めているとのこと。今では、大阪で「風の森」が飲める店というと、真っ先に「酒・兵吾」の名前が出てくるほど、浸透しています。 ​蔵元が認めた!「風の森」への熱い思いSAKETIMES | 日本酒をもっと知りたくなるWEBメディア

This is my first Kaze no Mori and I chose the standard. I don't usually buy four-pack bottles, but I wanted to try it. It has a well-balanced acidity and umami, and is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe it is 65%, so I can see why it sells well. I wanted to try a variety of Kaze no Mori.

Cloudy white in appearance, with a fresh fruitiness that smells like freshly sliced apples or pears, and a yogurt-like aroma. It has a gaseous feeling, but it is not as strong as sparkling sake. It has a juicy pear, melon, and yogurt-like flavor, but the acidity is not that pronounced. It is best to drink it in a wine glass. *It has a lot of information, so you end up drinking many glasses as you explore the various flavors, and the taste never gets old and is exciting every time.

Unique in that it is dry but has a sweet aroma and lingering finish. It has a sharpness without any cloying taste, but at the same time, it has a cut that does not assert itself at the edge. The corner of acidity is felt as a result of subtraction.

Kaze no Mori-san's 3rd kind: ❤️ Akitsuho 100% Junmai-shu Polishing rice 50% and probably the most polished type in Kaze no Mori. The most polished type in Kaze no Mori. Not a daiginjo, but a junmai sake. It is Junmai sake, right? The mouthfeel is thick and nettlesome 😛. It is also easy to drink. The alcohol content is 15%. This one also has a fruity aroma. It has a fruity aroma. I tasted 3 kinds of sake, and I think they are the best. ALPHA⇨AKIZUHO507⇨YAMADA NISHIKI807 But they are all easy to drink and delicious. Thank you very much for your service.

Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 507 Zakizatori (pick-your-own colander) 100% Akitsuho produced in Nara Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 6/19, posted 6/26 This colander is a unique method of separating the sake from the mash, and the aroma when the bottle is opened is gorgeous and pleasant. In the mouth, you can feel a lot of gassiness typical of Kaze no Mori, but the taste is different from the previous Kaze no Mori. You can feel the dense umami and sweetness in the clear texture, but the lingering taste is a beautiful harmony of crisp acidity, bitterness & astringency that runs through! It has more gas, bitterness and astringency than the general Akitsuho series 🤔. If you like clear taste, you can try 657 and 507, if you like punchy taste, you can try this zuzukurikari 😁. Yum! I had eel for lunch 🤩. At home the kids don't like it and it's not on the table 😱 so I ate it at company expense 🤤The steamed special eel from Miyazaki prefecture was delicious and the way the meat of the eel was loosened was delicious 😚The sauce was a bit strong 😅. I haven't posted any pictures lately, but I've won a lot 🏇💪🎯 that I can't post pictures of.

At one time it was hard to find Kaze no Mori, but recently I think more and more liquor stores are starting to carry it. Whenever I see it, I gratefully pick it up. I find that Kaze no Mori is the sake I drink the most. I guess I like it so much that I naturally reach for it. I like the fact that it is fruity and sweet, with a slight effervescence that doesn't linger on the palate.
