The initial aroma is fruity and acidic, with a graininess behind it.
In the mouth, there is juicy sweetness, weak acidity, and a pear-like fruity feeling. Up to this point, the nose is earthy. The finish fades out with a bitterness that stimulates the back of the tongue, and the bitterness persists on the back of the tongue. The flavor is weak and sweet and chocolatey.
It is fresher when opened, with a gassy feel.
It's not my favorite, but it's great because it's unique.
