Very tasty.
Notes of grapes, whey, honey plum and aromatic wood.
Light, fine and fizzy mouthfeel.
Delicate sweet and sour. Clear minerality. Moderate umami, light astringency. Delicate but not lacking.
Serve with fried Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts, grilled white eggplant with yuzu pepper from Uonuma, grilled Manganji peppers, and sauteed Nanbu chicken.
This is a summer-only sake from Kaze no Mori. It is made using a unique technique called "Bodhi yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It has an alcohol content of 11%. It has a light and refreshing taste with a strong effervescence. It has a fresh sweetness and just the right amount of acidity. The bitterness that lingers afterwards refreshes the taste, making it the perfect summer sake.
It is fashionable that even the description on the back of the bottle notes that it should be drunk by the end of September.

I hope it helps my liver to recover 🤣.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😊I can't believe you are so particular about the spices you use to make this 😳💖That's amazing! I want to try it too✨
Wind Forest was so delicious 😆✨
Fruity and easy to drink.
The aftertaste is quite refreshing and may be surprisingly dry.
Kaze no Mori has a low-alcohol image, but this one has a higher alcohol content of 16 degrees.
However, as mentioned above, it is quite easy to drink, so the gap between the two is also surprising.
