Overall, the sake was thin and easy to drink.
As the brewer says, it is perfect for quenching a parched throat on a hot day with ice on top.

Three medals for 500 yen. One medal for junmai sake class and two medals for daiginjo class.

The color is clear.

The taste is of rice and sweetness.
There is a bitter aftertaste.

I told her it was delicious, but I didn't know anything about it at the time and thanked her normally.
I now know that this sake is "an auspicious sake made on the first day of the spring and pressed to pray for good health, family safety, and business prosperity.

I went to a sake brewery festival near my house. I drank some sake at the festival, but after I returned home, I had some of this sake that I had purchased.
It has a delicious flavor in the mouth and a refreshing aftertaste with a slight bitterness. It was delicious.
