I went to a sake brewery festival near my house. I drank some sake at the festival, but after I returned home, I had some of this sake that I had purchased.
It has a delicious flavor in the mouth and a refreshing aftertaste with a slight bitterness. It was delicious.
I drank a lot today.
Good evening, Kiyotsugi!
I wish I could have been there for the Igarashi Sake Brewery Festival 😖.
Did you have a good time?
I want to participate next year!
Takeshi. Thank you for your comment.
I went there before noon and it was very crowded. I enjoyed drinking delicious sake from noon and had a great time. Please join us next year.

Livestock in a hurry 🐱.
I have more work than I can handle at this company after all. I was working overtime when I went to a nearby REPORT TO boss and my boss at work.
I want to have a drink (on me).
I want to clear my head (buy me a drink)."
but they went through with it and left 🥲.
On a day like that? The last bottle of sake to drink on such a day, the last bottle of the Risshun morning pressing. It's Tenranzan from Saitama. The shopkeeper told me it was punchy and full-bodied, like a full-bodied wine, but thanks to the fact that I let it sit for a while (euphemism), it had just the right amount of acidity, and it seemed to soak into my body. I got the impression that it was like a nutritional supplement. I must have been tired 😅It was delicious 🥰.
By the way, my boss who evaluates my goal management is a different person, so I wonder if this company is actually having trouble with me or not. Well, I'll be in Nagano next week.
Good morning, Manachy 😁.
What's that delicious thing about labor standards law and interoffice interval? I guess you must be thinking 😅.
I've been thinking about the structure of my documents all weekend and still can't turn off my work switch 😂.
Good morning, Choroki 😃.
Yesterday I drank until I lost my memory at home😔I want to join mahjong🀄️, I want to listen to elementary 5 (who) and junior high 2 (who) talk nonsense.
Oh, but I don't want to swing 😆.
Ane-san, thank you for your help. I've never had a chance to drink it, even though it is available at a nearby brewery. Next year I will! When you are tired, I will be waiting for you at Mahjong. The result is a bonus. I've been thinking recently.
Good morning, Nochi-san 😊.
When I posted this, I realized it was from Igarashi (too late) and thought how could it not be delicious? It was a winner 🎯 I'll buy again next year.
It was dazzling to see you boldly logging in even when you weren't feeling well ✨.
Tenranzan DOVE
This is a seasonal treat.
The bottle opened calmly, probably because it had been chilled in the refrigerator. It was a little disappointing.
I liked the fluffy feeling it used to have.
No, it's a bit thick 😆.
It's a yogurt with a sense of schwarziness.
Sour, refreshing and easy to drink.
Maybe it's the lightness of 10%.
It is an easy to drink sake contrary to its appearance. It was a treat.
The supernatant is strongly carbonated water😃.
When mixed together, it is a delicious drink with a moderate sweetness, accented by a bitter aftertaste 😃.
Delicious 😁.

Purchased Risshun morning pressing of Igarashi Shuzo's main brand "Tenranzan" at Maruya Sake Shop in Hanno City.
It is said to be for good health and good luck.
It has a fruity flavor and good acidity that can only be achieved with undiluted sake.
It is also very refreshing.
It is quite my favorite sake.
We also purchased another limited distribution brand, "Igarashi.
In fact, this is what I was looking for.
I realized I had forgotten to raise it and it was completely empty. This year's Risshun morning aperitif was Tenranzan. It has a tangy, pungent taste that is typical of nama sake, but it is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and has just the right balance that I like!
I think it is because the process of making Risshun Asa Shibori is the same, so it seems to be the same no matter where I drink it. But it is delicious and I love this sake that I can find once a year! I look forward to another year!
This sake was a gift, or rather, a share. This sake was brewed by a local brewery using rice harvested by the customers themselves, who started by planting the rice. Sake made by a local brewery with local rice...I checked in at Tenranzan because the local climate was not registered!
This is probably Maruya's only brand, and while we often hear of PB, it is very rare to see an entire brand being PB'd.
I was told that it was even rarer than Fudoki, but how was it supposed to taste?
On the first day, it tasted quite classical, and after a moment of modernity, it was a classical sandwich, ending with a classical sake feeling again.
The next day, however, it somehow transformed into a relatively mild mouthfeel. I was surprised that it was really the same sake, because it quickly changed to my favorite flavor with a banana feeling as a hint of aroma.
On the first day, I thought it was just a sake with a rustic feel. No, Igarashi Sake Brewery is certainly a talented brewery, but I could not have predicted this transformation! It was delicious!
A friend of mine, who married into the Igarashi Sake Brewery in Hanno, Saitama Prefecture, sent me a bottle of sake.
The brewery has been in business for 126 years and won an IWC medal and an honorable mention at the 2016 Omachi Summit.
It has won numerous awards, including the highest gold medal in the Premium Heated Sake category at the National Heated Sake Contest 2016 and the Nanbu Toji Homebrewing Sake Competition Excellence Award.
The sake we were sent was two types of sake: the fruity "Tenranzan Hatsushiboritate" and the aromatic but crisp "Tenranzan Junmai Shiboritate" which we enjoyed very much😋🍶.
Sake lovers, please try them online 🙇.
