Excuse me for the liqueur.
I had to work the next day and wanted a light drink.
I was talking about drinking it with soda, but it tastes better on the rocks or straight.
It was a prize from the 500-yen kurage gacha, but it's nice to have something like this once in a while.
How to drink: chilled
Preference 65
Label: Junmai Ginjo Nama
Color: Almost colorless and transparent
Nose: Slightly aged aroma. The lingering aroma is heavy.
Taste: Sweetness followed by a hint of odor.
Overall impression: It is a pity because I think it used to have a more refreshing taste. It may be that my memory is wrong, or that the taste has actually changed, or that the management conditions were poor, but it falls short of my expectations.
Tenranzan Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Slightly cloudy when transferred to a glass. Bubbles remain.
The temperature is light at 13 degrees Celsius. It has a firm sweetness and acidity while still being crisp. It's a wine that can be enjoyed easily.
Igarashi is delicious, but Tenranzan is also good.
🐿️
Thank you to all of you for your patience with our many submissions. This is the last one.
I don't remember anymore why I still drank yuzu sake after drinking so much "good, good" sake with No. 6 yeast 😆 Is it a luggage problem?
Before going to this inn, I had them stop by Igarashi Sake Brewery. I found Igarashi, which is not usually sold here, and bought a four-pack 😆 and a four-pack, while the others played a sake game and I won this yuzushu 🍊!
It is sweet and delicious 😋.
I don't find it sour at all. It's a small bottle so it's gone in no time.
I went to bed around 10:00.
This is what you get when you run out of things to drink 🤣.
The next day, I was touring the Saibokuham sake brewery and ended up in Ageo, so I was like, "Why are you coming home from so far east?" I was like, "Why are you coming home from so far east? Thanks for the long drive, Nochi-san 🚙.
It was a very enjoyable two days and one night 💠.
Well, there are many things I haven't written enough about, but I hope the other three will write about them 🙇.
◯This sake is from Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture. There is actually a mountain with this name.
It is a Junmai Ginjo with a slightly strong flavor. I drank it chilled, but I think it tastes better when it is warmed up.
I had a hard time finding a sake from Saitama, so I bought it. I wasn't left with any impression other than a super light umami taste. One that I will not try to drink again.
Overall, the sake was thin and easy to drink.
As the brewer says, it is perfect for quenching a parched throat on a hot day with ice on top.
Alcohol content: 14%.
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Outside drinking.
This place has a lot of sake from Saitama, and you can sample about 30 ml of each drink.
Three medals for 500 yen. One medal for junmai sake class and two medals for daiginjo class.
So, I went to try 😚 sake that I have never had before.
The color is clear.
No aroma.
The taste is of rice and sweetness.
There is a bitter aftertaste.
It is a simple sake with a classic light and dry taste.
From my mother at home
As I was going back through my photo folder, I found this sake that looks like a sacred card sent by my mother. Tenranzan Risshun Morning Press?
Mom "I went to Hanno and bought it, it's delicious, try it, it's been prayed for by a Shinto priest!"
I said, "Wow, I've recently started to be interested in sake, thank you."
I told her it was delicious, but I didn't know anything about it at the time and thanked her normally.
I now know that this sake is "an auspicious sake made on the first day of the spring and pressed to pray for good health, family safety, and business prosperity.
Next year I hope to be able to give a gift of Risshun Asashibori 🍶✨.
