This is your first issue.
While on a short trip, I went shopping at a liquor store I don't usually go to.
When I was wondering what to buy, I was recommended to buy a bottle of sake. I was told that it had a reputation for being the best in Tochigi recently. It seems that there are only a few stores in Aichi that carry it, so I bought it.
It has little sweetness and a sour taste. It is quite fizzy and tingles on the tongue. It seems to go well with meals.
We enjoyed it deliciously.

Unlike Senkyu Snowball, this sake has a strong sweetness, but the acidity of the raw sake gives it the best balance!
This is my favorite nigori sake!

I visited Daily Yamazaki (Matsumasa Sake Shop) in my neighborhood for the first time in half a year and bought it. I knew that this was a special distributor of Nanamizu, but I had passed on it because I didn't know much about the brand and had been drinking Tochigi quite a bit😅.
I didn't know what kind of taste it had, but I was afraid to try it and found it to be a sweet and juicy one. This is very tasty. There were 3 other specs and chrysanthemum at the store, so I plan to try some of them.
Thus, the complete map was getting farther and farther away, and the color of Tochigi was getting darker and darker...
