Following on from August, September is also Tochigi Ai🥰 strengthening month.
The second one following the hope of drinking at Takashimaya 🥳.
The taste is rich and sweet like honey, just like the image on the cute label. It has a rich but gentle sweetness. It also has a hint of acidity. It's so strong that it would be good with ice or soda.
It seems that it is not labeled "Junmai" because it is made with rice that is not of the highest quality.
Hello, bouken!
The FOUR SEASONS of Nanamizu that I drank before was also Yumesasara's out of equilibrium rice. I wonder if the price increase in the future will be somewhat controlled if the rice is out of the same grade 🤔.
Hello freelancer first generation man 😃.
Maybe they are using more out of equitable rice to keep the price the same 🤔.
Some breweries are raising their prices significantly, so I'm thankful that they are keeping them the same 🥺.
Hi bouken 😃
I'm not sure about the sweetness 😁 of this Nanamizu 😁, but I'm not sure about the sweetness 😅.
It would certainly be nice to drink it lightly with soda or something 🤗.
Thanks for the alternative Tochigi love 🥰🥹.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
It might be a bit harsh as it's one of the sweetest and thickest seven waters I've ever had 🤔.
You might find it just right if you dilute it on the rocks😅.
I'm still in love with Tochigi 🥰 keep going 🥳.
Tasty. It's delicious. But it tastes strange.
It tastes slightly grape-like, but it's not the same.
Is it because of the wine yeast?
Sweet and sour, not like rice.
But it's not sour.
It also tastes slightly aged and brownish in color.
At any rate, it is delicious!
Brahma Gold? Looks like it?
Good morning Kayo😃
We got this one a while ago too 🤗.
Yes, it's good 😋! It's delicious 😋.
We also drank a sparkling one from the same row for a reason, but that one is good too 👋.
★★★★/sweet
Honey has a unique sweetness, doesn't it?
I don't know if you are aware of it or not,
It's not the same sweetness as sake, which is made from the sweetness of rice.
It's a right straight sweetness.
I wish I could make people who don't like sake and can drink sweet sake drink this. !!!!
It's not for people who want to feel that clear, clean sweetness of sake, but it's easy to drink because it's normally sweet! I wonder if it's for women?
Also, I don't know what it is, but it makes my lips numb.
Why? I use rice called Yume Sarara.
I'm not allergic to it 🤔🤔I don't have a rash, maybe it's the drunkenness? 🤔🤔
Good evening, Pippi 😃.
This Nanamizu-san here is selling you on anmai😋! It's so sweet that it makes me dizzy 🫨 like I've been hit with a straight right cross counter🥊 🤗.
I'm afraid to touch it for fear of numbness🤣.
As soon as I put it in, the drink was very sweet and had a unique aftertaste that was stronger than the bitterness and easier for me to drink!
After some time, the aftertaste became rounder and easier to drink.
Nanamizu Dry Junmai, 65% polished rice
Rice used: Asahi no Yume 80, Gohyakumangoku 20
The elegant taste of the clean water made me drink it every day, slurping it down!
I never get tired of drinking dry sake, and I drink it whenever I have it...
Well, the cosmetics are also good
Toraya Honten Utsunomiya, Tochigi
Last week, my eldest son went back home and bought me a souvenir 🎁.
He bought me a bottle of Tochigi's famous sake 🙏.
He told me to drink it as soon as possible because he left it at room temperature for a week after he bought it 😁.
I've never had much rice called "Yumesasara" before (I'm sure).
I thought it would be light because of the name, but the taste was surprisingly robust 🥰.
It's not particularly sweet or sour, but has a strong overall taste.
Nanamizu is still delicious 🥰.
I wasn't too worried since it was fire-aged, but I'm glad it tasted good 😁.
Hi TOMO 😃
Nice sense of style👍, your eldest son.
I'm glad you got the seven water souvenirs 🤗You are very well educated when it comes to choosing the fire 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌟.
They decided to go with a sake they hadn't seen much of because they had seen a lot of Senkou at home: ☺️
So maybe Nanamizu was the recommendation of the liquor store where you bought it 😁.

Subtle aroma of citrus grapefruit.
The clear, beautiful flavor and the elegant
The taste is elegant and goes well with "food" with its clear, clean flavor and spreading acidity.
Pleasant aroma that wafts through the nose
The delicious taste of rice in the mouth
Junmai Ginjo-shu is a must for sake lovers.
