Discover Autumn Sake
Autumn leaves 🍁 and eggplant 🍆.
Tochigi sake Nanamizu
Autumn is the third year in a row
The label changes every year.
Last year it was white with autumn leaves🍁 and this year it is gold with autumn leaves🍁.
This year it is gold with autumn leaves
It was a calm sake 🍶.

Nanamizu is served with boiled eggplant, bitter gourd stir-fry, and vinegared cucumber appetizer. The clear aroma and the flavorful taste go well with all the entrées, and both the sake and the chopsticks go well with the dish.
Thank you very much for the meal.
Meeting with TOMO 2024 ③.
Nanamizu after a long absence
Is it a hiyaoroshi type sake?
It's Omachi, but it seems to be treated as a regular sake because it's made from rice that is not equal to Omachi.
It is juicy, dark, and sweet.
Tochigi Ai at the offline meeting
It's a hiyaoroshi-type sake that has been laid down in the brewery, but it was sweet and easy to drink without any sense of maturity 😋.
I try to drink Tochigi sake at offline meetings if there is any 🥳.
I bought this when I was in Utsunomiya.
Went to the brewery but it was Saturday and they were not open, too bad!
When I drank it, it was sweet.
But it has a strong sake taste.
The sweetness gets stronger as the day goes on.
Delicious.
Good evening, Makoto 😃.
Welcome to Utsunomiya🤗Sorry to hear about the sake brewery😢Please come again! And the Nanamizu Omachi is delicious 😋 Please try some of the other Nanamizu's 👋
Purchased on a business trip to Tochigi.
I had previously had Gohyakumangoku Nanamizu and liked it, so I chose Omachi this time.
I had it cold with grilled chicken. It has a fruity but rich flavor with a strong sweetness and umami. It was not too sweet, so the sake was ready to drink before the yakitori was grilled.
Although it is not bad with yakitori, I personally prefer to drink it with light snacks.
Hello, Jay & Nobby.
I remembered your previous recommendation, so I tried Omachi. It was sweeter and more delicious, so I ended up drinking the whole bottle in one day. It's really good shichimizu! Next, I'm going to try Aizan.
This was my first Nanamizu. It had the aroma and sweetness typical of junmai sake, but was dry for its juiciness, and reminded me of the ice breaker I had earlier, which I liked. I felt very proud of this sake made at the brewery's location in the center of Utsunomiya.
Hello😃I'm sorry for the sudden notice.
We have a Tochigi Kenmin Kai off-line meeting in Sakewa 2-3 times a year 🤗Next meeting will be held in Utsunomiya on 11/9(Sat)! If you want to join us, please come and join us.
I won't force you to come 😅Please consider it!
This is the Omachi that was recommended to me last month when I told a restaurant in Tochigi (different from Nozomu and Mida) that I wanted to drink Nanamizu 🍶.
This is my first Nanamizu and I personally love the taste and aroma ❗️ I had it with caprese like wine.
Good evening, Ponkotsu 3rd class soldier 😃.
This is your third bottle 🤗Some people say that Nanamizu is the best Omachi in Sake no Wa 😋You went to a good liquor store👍.
It is a seasonal sake and named SUMMER, so while you are feeling the heat🤗
The label says it reminds me of Shine Muscat...it was thick and glossy, mellow as if it had been aged at low temperatures, and sweet and full-flavored sake like candy beets 😚.
Salad-style cold beef bone ramen
Too much mustardy potato salad 😑.
Nanamizu's autumn sake. I guess it's a fire-brewed sake, which means it's made after fall? When I asked for a fruity autumn sake, this one was recommended to me, so I bought it. It is indeed delicious, with a fruity citrus aroma and plenty of umami, which is typical of autumn sake.
The last one is Nanamizu.
55% polished rice but out of the normal range, so it is a normal sake.
It looks yellow, so it is assumed to have matured to some extent.
The aroma is still fruity but not fresh.
Instead, it has a little honey taste.
The taste is sweet with a bit of graininess.
Not a bad aging result for a fruity sake, but I'm not sure it tastes quite the same as the original.
Still, it is interesting that the degree of maturity is so different for the same production time and under the same storage conditions.
If it's not the right sake, it's better to drink it as soon as possible.
Since this is a one-time-only limited edition sake, I'll note the description on the back label:
Ripe passion fruit aroma.
Juicy flavor mixed with a crisp, clear acidity, making it easy to drink.
