☆☆☆☆☆ Freshly squeezed, fresh taste. No piquancy. Clear, but with a hint of something. Not too sweet, not too refreshing, but delicious. I ordered a rare dish of boiled butterbur sprouts, which is good for a side dish because the bitterness comes more directly from the miso, but it also removes the goodness of the recent sweet sake, so a refreshing sake would be better!

☆☆☆☆☆ First time I couldn't sit at the counter... Excuse me for sharing a table with you. The Hakusen style I'm expecting. Slightly sweet? I had about 5 glasses of wine in the first house, so it's just the right lightness and easy to drink! It has a gentle sourness feeling, but it is a delicious sake that is nicely integrated

☆☆☆☆☆ 2nd house Yamazan, not drinking much. 13 degrees low al. Slightly sour and a slightly complex aftertaste that lingers outside of Since this restaurant serves mainly home-grown vegetables in small bowls, this kind of sake goes well with it. Delicious!

☆☆☆☆☆ There was Aizu Nakasyo, hiyaoroshi. It's a little matured and delicious! I mean, Aizu sake is good all the time, but this one is really tasty and tender!

☆☆☆☆☆ A light, dry Midorikawa. And this may be the first time I've had the impression that it's suitable for warming up. The sweetness comes later and it's delicious! Even though this restaurant serves mainly home-grown vegetables with a gentle flavor, tonight was all men! Do they all want to drink in a healthy way?

☆☆☆☆☆ I don't often drink this labeled Mikotsuru, but it is delicious! It's a little different from Jungin, which is made from Yamae-Nishiki or Yamada-Nishiki like Jun Apple, but it has a sweetness that is firm but not lingering. Delicious!
