Kabishin Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-nihonjunshu, Shiboritate Summer Stocking, Midsummer Fruits
Rating 4.3
Rice: Akihikari, Rice Polishing Ratio: 58%, Sake Degree: -10, Alcohol Content: 15
This is a "summer brew. The freshness of "Shiboritate" that can usually only be tasted in winter, plus the fruity flavor produced by Princess Michiko yeast and the beautiful sweetness unique to Kamishin, gives it a unique "fruity" taste. Convergence is a slightly complex taste. The tastes made by rose yeast?
It is grayish and clear, with aromas of melon, honeysuckle, topknot, and lime. The attack is rather strong, with pleasant acidity, rich sweetness and a rather long finish.
I have a lot of fruit at home, so I bought some that looked like they would go well together at a quick glance. In a sense, I bought it on the spot. It was surprisingly dry, so I thought it would go well with a mealtime drink. Maybe I'll play some Southern music later.

Purchased on a business trip to Okayama two months ago. The bottle was opened with a pop. It has a pleasant ginjo aroma and the robust flavor of rice seeps in. It was a delicious sake with a nice sharp taste.
★ "Pon" is a Japanese word for "ginjo".

Ah, it's hot! That's why we chose sparkling sake instead of beer. Add ice and enjoy it in a summery way.
The aroma is of rice and rice husks. The taste has a firm citrus acidity reminiscent of green apple and grapefruit. With an alcohol content of 5.5%, it is perfect as an aperitif!
