I've been curious about eme since it was sold at Yamaya.
Unlike the singer Aimer, Kochira's spelling is eme.
It says it's a go-around limited edition sake, but several stores in Yamaya carry it😅.
Made with Muscat of Alexandria yeast
Alcohol 13%, Sake level -30, Acidity 3.0
Polishing ratio 70% Akebono
Low-alcohol unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
Fine bubbles in the glass 🫧.
It is juicy, sweet and astringent. It has a slightly greenish taste with a hint of muscat 🤔.
The sweetest and most delicious of the Kamishin set 😋.

Next, I ordered the Jiameishin 3 Combo, which included the one I've been eyeing for a while.
First up was the Be-lue.
Alcohol 15%, Sake degree -2, Acidity 1.4
Polishing ratio 58% Akebono
It is quite clear and light, but you can feel the sense of rice. A little too light and not enough 🤔.
I had never seen it before, but when I went to Yamaya on my way home, it was on sale!

Very fruity! It has a grape juice taste due to the low alcohol content. I wonder if they let the alcohol break down into sugar. I want to drink a sweet sake for a break, not as a sake! It's good for such times. It's less sluggish than juice.

I went back to my parents' house, so I went to a local izakaya for some local sake 🍶.
Not sure what it was 🥲 as I couldn't tell from the small picture on the tablet order form and the bottle didn't come.
But this was delicious, sweet and easy to drink.
I drank 2 gou of sake with a refill!
Surprised that my brother, who normally doesn't drink sake at all, drank it as delicious😳
I wonder if it is "Hibou", "Kahou", or "Meihou" from the image I remember from a quick look...?
