The liquor store we visited for the first time was celebrating its first anniversary, and we received a gift🎁. Sweet sake made with Okayama Hakuto yeast. Sake level is about minus 50 😳. The alcohol content is low, so I had it as an aperitif. The sweetness is a bit sticky, so it might go well with vinegared food 🧐.

My sister, who knows I love Muscat, picked it out for me at the liquor store for my birthday gift✨. It's a sake made with yeast isolated from Muscat of Alexandria. I was thinking that Okayama, where the sake brewery is located, is a production area... And the label is totally white wine🍾. First, open the bottle and smell the aroma... And then, the label is perfectly white 🍾..! This is Muscat ‼️ I couldn't hide my surprise... (LOL) When you put it in your mouth Something different from ordinary sake! was my first impression. It has a great muscat flavor on the palate! Then comes a pleasant acidity and a fruity finish. The aftertaste was so light that it was a dangerous type of deliciousness that I couldn't stop drinking 🍶.

Low-Alcohol Series ④ Alcohol content 8.5 I bought this bottle in a packet at a local supermarket. The aroma was slightly like muscat peel. I thought it must taste like dry white wine, but when I put it in my mouth, the sweet and sour taste spread and it was like a soft drink. I couldn't stop drinking. My favorite degree ★★★☆☆☆☆

Lastly, here is another hiyaoroshi that I have been curious about for a long time. I've seen it in department stores for years and have been curious about it. Polishing ratio 58%, sake degree -5.5, acidity 1.6, amino acidity 1.3 Akebono Okayama Hakuto Yeast Slightly sweet and ripe with umami. I thought it would be a bit sweeter, but the aftertaste is quite sweet. After drinking this after eme, it feels very thin😅. Asano-san left the store with this. Already drank 1 gou in total 🏃 to the Icoma tasting.

I've been curious about eme since it was sold at Yamaya. Unlike the singer Aimer, Kochira's spelling is eme. It says it's a go-around limited edition sake, but several stores in Yamaya carry it😅. Made with Muscat of Alexandria yeast Alcohol 13%, Sake level -30, Acidity 3.0 Polishing ratio 70% Akebono Low-alcohol unfiltered unpasteurized sake. Fine bubbles in the glass 🫧. It is juicy, sweet and astringent. It has a slightly greenish taste with a hint of muscat 🤔. The sweetest and most delicious of the Kamishin set 😋.

Next, I ordered the Jiameishin 3 Combo, which included the one I've been eyeing for a while. First up was the Be-lue. Alcohol 15%, Sake degree -2, Acidity 1.4 Polishing ratio 58% Akebono It is quite clear and light, but you can feel the sense of rice. A little too light and not enough 🤔. I had never seen it before, but when I went to Yamaya on my way home, it was on sale!

Very fruity! It has a grape juice taste due to the low alcohol content. I wonder if they let the alcohol break down into sugar. I want to drink a sweet sake for a break, not as a sake! It's good for such times. It's less sluggish than juice. 4/5
