This sake is also made from satoumi rice, which is grown in the Seto Inland Sea by scattering oyster shells in rice paddies.
You can taste the delicious flavor of the rice in this elegant sake.

Extras
This..................... Considering it is for home consumption, I felt it was very safe in terms of price and good to keep on hand!
Cold sake is recommended!

The richness of the flavor is also evident in the brewer's claim that the flavor of the rice has been extracted to the maximum extent possible. It also has a strong acidity, giving the impression of a robust sake.
Bicchu tasted sake from Yorishima.
It was purchased at the Spring Sake Brewery Festival.
It was a truly delicious sake with a sweet and tasty flavor that is very stable.
Third day of Golden Week holidays
Yesterday's mountain climbing was very hard on my body, and today, Kaorin and I have sore muscles in our legs from this morning🤣.
I guess you can't win against age 🤣.
So today we took our usual walking course to the old Expo Park 😀.
Today at the Expo Park, they are holding a food and beer festival with local specialties from all over Japan 😇.
So today we got our food and beer locally 😀.
But I made sure to bring my own sake 😇.
Today's accompaniment was a visit to a local liquor store where Kabishin was having a tasting event 😀.
This liquor store regularly holds tasting events for Jamishin 😀.
It seems I happened to be at the second tasting in a row, following the last one, so they remembered me and gave me this as a freebie 😇.
I usually buy only Junmai type, so this was my first time to try Kabishin's Asoe and they did a good job of adjusting the taste 😇.
I think it is a very reasonable sake since they gave it to me as an omake, but if so, it is a very cosy sake 😀.
Good evening, Yasube-san 🌛I was wondering if you were a regular visitor too, Kinoshita-san ✨But still, you have great energy to go out to the Expo Park the day after climbing a mountain 😳The sake you got as a freebie looks delicious too 🍶.
Hi Yasbay 😃
You two are quintessential in getting muscle soreness the next day and then working it out further by walking 👍I'm the type that gets it 2 days later 😆.
I guess the tasting is what gets me laid 🤗.
Good evening, Nao888 😀
Actually, the liquor store closest to our house is Kinoshita-san, so thankfully, it is easy to get sake such as Hanamamu-san, Imi-san, and Takachiyo-san😇.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
My muscle soreness peaked today, but I feel like moving before it peaks would make the peak weaker 🤣.
I always buy a bottle at tastings 😅.
But I'm glad for the freebies😇
Today we have a Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake made with yeast isolated from Muscat of Alexandria from Kabishin in Okayama Prefecture, EMAE❗️
The aroma is fresh and fruity, reminiscent of white wine.❗️As you take a sip, you can feel the tingling acidity on the tip of your tongue.❗️And then the fruity freshness passes through your nose.❗️❗️ It really makes you wonder if it is junmai unfiltered sake. It is like drinking a white wine. ❗️An interesting sake. ❗️⭕️
