Tonight was a special day for me! I know it's not really relevant, but today is the day I took the trouble to slowly pull out some delicious sake from Aichi Prefecture from the refrigerator, which is kept at a temperature of zero degrees Celsius! I am now enjoying the sake with all my might! It was a day of gratitude! Thank you very much!
Fresher than expected. Sweet and spicy with a nice sharpness. I imagined it would be spicier, but it has a cool, muscat-like feeling, which I like. I got the impression that the hiyaoroshi feeling was not so strong.
It seems to be more popular with everyone than Isao Heki's nama-zake.
The sake level of Nanasho is about -7, and it is supposed to be sweeter, but I feel Nanasho is spicier than Nanasho.
It has the same smoky taste as Isunbeki's nama-shu.
Smoky sweet? 🤔
I jumped at the chance to buy it because it was limited in quantity.
The aroma is pear-like.
The aroma is pear-like and the taste is slightly bitter.
It is very easy to drink. As expected of Omachi.
The ginjo aroma and sweetness spread in the mouth,
The sharpness is too good.
It is delicious. It was a hit.
Let's try other brands.
This sake was released last month as a limited edition at the kurabiraki event.
The main label is a hiyaoroshi of the standard Isun Heki Yume-Ginko.
However, although the label is hiyaoroshi, it is actually an unfiltered draft of hiyaoroshi.
It seems that it was specially released at Kurabiraki to compare it with hiyaoroshi.
The taste is fresh, but it has been aged over the summer, so it may be a bit mellowed out. It has a rounded flavor and is delicious. It has a rounded flavor and is delicious.
Good evening nito 😃
I've bought the fire-roasted version of Kochira and am waiting for it 😊I see there's also a limited edition of the brewery's draft sake 😳.
I bet it's delicious 😋.
Hi bouken 😃
Is the original Hiyayogoshi waiting for you?
I haven't drunk this one yet. I'm sure it's even mellower than the raw 🫤😋.
I bet it's even mellower than the raw 😋😋.
The second cup was Isobeki, which is only available at two restaurants in Kanda. The Honjozo is recommended by the owner. The Honjozo is more expensive than the Jungin, and he says it is his top recommendation. I was curious and asked for it. When I took a sip, it was just fruity and delicious. It is clear. I am glad to have met this one.
