Ine Mangaka Nigori Nama Sake A rather peculiar sake from the package with a milling ratio of 97%, made from ancient rice called purple-black rice. The color, pink like cherry blossoms in full bloom, is very impressive! It had a refreshing acidity and a mild sweetness.
