When it comes to sashimi, I️ want to drink this cherry yeast🌸 too! I think I drank about 3 bottles last year. Anyway, I think it's my favorite of the Isao Heki 😋. Isobeki has a rich flavor that goes great with sashimi 😋. They often have sales events at department stores all over the country, so if you see it, I recommend everyone to give it a try 😋.

Yesterday's second bottle was again Isao Heki 😁 we drank the remainder of the one glass we all had last week. I bought it in a bottle for a sake party😋. This one is too rich ️It's as rich as the food ️If you like rich flavors, this is the best 😝. I prefer the arabashiri with sakura yeast, but I'm glad my friends liked this one too. I'm a big fan of Aichi, so the Heki is now a brand to watch 😍.

⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ When I was on a business trip to Nagoya, I saw this sake brewery's sake in the in-train magazine. I was talking to my wife about it and she bought it for me without my knowledge. I am grateful. My impression was that it was an easy-drinking sake without any peculiarities right after drinking it. But then the unique flavor hit me. The description says that this sake was made with the No. 10 yeast, so I guess it is the aroma of the yeast. You may like it or not, but I liked it 😊.

[Amakusa Shiro] Another year's refill of the hometown tax gifts from Konan City, Aichi Prefecture, which we liked quite a bit last year 😆. I really like the sweetness of the attack and the nutty, aged taste 🥰. It has a full-bodied, strong alcoholic taste that makes you feel like you've had a solid sake 👍. I think I'll apply for another hometown tax payment this year 😁.

On April 5, I went to the Spring New Sake Festival. The weather was fine and there were many people this year. At first, I compared four kinds of sake and bought a four-pack bottle of Omachi unfiltered unpasteurized sake, which I found to be the most delicious. I drank it with my companion who went with me, and the bottle was empty. (#^. ^#) We returned home while viewing the cherry blossoms along the Gojo River.
