Tochigi Prefecture yeast TS+TF is used
First banana, then cherry, light citrus acidity, mysterious milky
Fragrance
The first taste of umami comes with a bang.
The aroma of fresh Gohyakumangoku is amazing.
The sweetness that intertwines with the umami flavor is entwined with the tongue, and a sense of alcohol comes in the latter half of the bottle.
The umami comes with a bang as if it were unfiltered.
The goodness of Gohyaku-mangoku is expressed and it is very good.
It is a special junmai that is close to junmai ginjo.
Banana Shake 🍌It was rated by few supporters, but it is sweet and easy to drink.
The great thing is that it is not a liqueur but a special pure rice.
I don't know where you can get it, but please open a new door.

Drinking at Daigo at the end of summer (8)
The last order time has come, so we chose a brand that we have never had before for the last sake 🍶.
Nozomu Junmai Ginjyo Hitogokochi Nama Genzake.
Aroma of sweet rice with a refreshing yet tangy taste, light and refreshing sweetness, and a sharp aftertaste.
Tochigi love, which can be felt even in Kanazawa, Hokuriku.
It's fun to have such different sake lineups at different stores even in neighboring prefectures ✨.
Thanks to the Shinkansen, Kanazawa and my hometown are connected by a 45-minute one-way trip, so I'm grateful to be able to make a day trip to drink and go home.
Good morning, Jive 🌅😀😀
Drinking at Sake Drunken Daigo😍Thanks for your time. I haven't been there for almost a year myself so I'm jealous 🥺✨I couldn't get a reservation for the Bon holidays😭Next time I want to go to Fukui🦖 for a drink by bullet train🚄🥳.
Good evening, Maechen 🌛.
I made a reservation early, but the seats filled up quickly 😲.
Kanazawa-Fukui is now much closer, only about 20 minutes away 😁.
Hi Gyve, thank you very much 😃.
Hatsumo-san 🤗 we got your Tochigi love 🥰 from Hokuriku 👍 we also want to make an itinerary soon to share our Hokuriku love from Tochigi 🥹 please wait 👋.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby ☀.
It was your first "Nozomu" 😁.
I've been drinking more and more Tochigi sake besides "Senkou" and "Houou Mita" ✨.
Hokuriku also has a good selection of drunken sake.
I looked at the label and wondered if it was really sake. But I picked it up because it was a "hope special". The first sip had a nice aromatic mouthfeel. The aroma of American cherries came first, followed by a hint of banana. It was a complex, rich, and deep sake that was not too sweet and had a sharp, slightly spicy flavor. As one would expect from Bohu, it is a very good sake. It is delicious!
To tell the truth, this was my first Nozomu. It was a good quality sake with a depth and flavor that was more pronounced than the fruity aroma. I am drinking it again today!
