Splash of Hope, CWS Origami: ❣️
Fresh and gorgeous aroma with a rummy note 😆.
Chill, slight bubbly sensation 👍
Smooth and soft on the palate 🎶 Fresh citrus acidity from juicy sweet bitterness.
The bitter taste eventually fades away 😆.
It feels quite dry. 💕︎
Third, Niboshi✕Tonkotsukotsu White Ramen 🍜.
It's a W soup, but the pork bone seems to be a little more dominant 😅The pure white soup is awesome lol.
Iwanori, I love it 😍.
Low temperature cooked chashu pork 🐷.
Slightly thinly sliced sinachiku 😊.
Arranged along the way, adding some spicy seasoning and dried vinegar ☝️
It was delicious 😋💕
Good morning, T.KISO 😃.
I've never actually had Nozomu's Splash 💦 I've never actually had it 🥲I guess I'm getting a little too much Tochigi 😆.
I'll have to drink the dry one 😋.
Hi T.KISO. 😊
I tried low-temperature cooking chashu pork once, but it didn't go well.
I tried once, but it didn't turn out so well and I gave up.
I have given up on it. I've tried it once 😣 but it didn't turn out so well and I gave up.
It looks so good and tasty 😂.
Good morning, Nochi-san ☀️
I've been to a long-established and popular ramen shop in the prefecture that puts lemon in their ramen, so I guess I'm pretty inspired 😁.
The chashu pork too, but the iwanori ❣️
Winter Nigorinpik 43
Today I wanted to drink something with a strong schwag feeling, so I chose Nozomu-san's Active Nama Nigori Sansan 😀.
It had a perforated cap just like the other day's Sengoku Yukidharma, so I put cello tape on the cap as soon as I got it home and stored it in the cellar at 0°C... but it still didn't work and I couldn't feel much of a fizzy sensation 😅.
I guess you can't cellotape a cap with a hole in it and you have to drink it as soon as possible 🤣.
As usual, we compared the top clear and the mixture at room temperature and the chilled mixture, and Nozomu was impressed with the taste of the top clear and the mixture at room temperature 🤣.
The chilled one was impressive with its doshy taste, while the room temperature gorgeousness was more to my liking😇.
I'll try to open the sake with the perforated cap as soon as possible when I get it 😅.
Good morning, Yasbay 😃.
Sellotape won't do 😆Thanks for the 🙅🏻♀️ verification 😆If you want to get the maximum schwarziness, you should buy it and drink it as soon as it comes out! That's what you mean 🤗I'm learning a lot👍But Nozomu is delicious 😋.
It is fruity and sweet, with an aftertaste that is more refreshing than I expected. It also has a faint carbonation.
I drank it slightly chilled this time, but I was told that room temperature is recommended. I'm looking forward to drinking it at room temperature!
Mochi Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Comet from Hokkaido
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 16
It has an aroma of koji mold, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a little stimulation on your tongue peculiar to nama-shu. It has a good balance of acidity and bitterness, and its lingering taste remains in your mouth even after you swallow it.
