Tochigi Ai 🥰 Strengthening Month #7
Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival
Tasted and enjoyed all of them, but chose Hitogokochi as the most affordable one!
It's been a long time since I've had a Hitogokochi!
The rice polishing ratio of 53% is very rare in the middle of the range.
It has a lot of gas. It is mainly sweet and tasty, but also has a dry atmosphere. Not too sweet and not too spicy.
Nozomu, I thought I need to drink more things 😅.
bouken, I'm with you 😃.
Oh...you drank it at home! I see you drank it at home 🤗Hitokochi from Tochigi Prefecture tickles my love for my hometown even more! Yes, it is delicious 😋.
Thank you for the month of reinforcement 😊.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
The rice is also from Tochigi and I love Tochigi 🥰 combo 😆.
I found some Omachi at the department store yesterday but gave up due to fridge issues😭.
Somewhat subdued fruitiness of green banana and melon type as described on the back, with a discreet yet chili-like feel. It was a deliciously spicy sake that goes well with food 😚.
Miyamanishiki use
The one in the middle, hehe, don't I already have to tell you, right? It's not the same!
The fruity sweetness with a hint of lemon blossoms, and the great umami overflows....
Tonoike Shuzo Brewery
Mochi bo: Junmai Daiginjo Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Nama Sake
The brewery is located in Mashiko Town, Tochigi Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 50% Senbon-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture.
It has a gorgeous apple-like aroma, soft rice flavor, and beautiful acidity.
It has a soft apple-like aroma, a soft rice flavor, and a beautiful acidity.
A clean and crisp aftertaste.
#Sake
The spiciness is quite intense, stabbing the tongue and throat. The astringency is also rather strong, and the overall taste is peculiar. It goes well with a garnish with a strong flavor.
The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival⑰.
Booth of Nozomu.
The usual sake brewers were there to serve us in a brisk manner.
◉Mochi Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake
From the usual standard. It is always sweet and tasty, but this one had a more robust flavor profile than usual.
◉望 Junmai Daiginjo Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu
Sweet and tasty with a bitter aftertaste.
◉Nozomu Tokubetsu Junmai Comet, bottle warmed and fired.
Bitter, pungent and bitter with a firm kick.
◉Nozomochi Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama-shu
A refreshing sake with a sweet umami taste.
◉Nozomochi Junmai Daiginjo Aizan Unfiltered Bottle Warmed
Clear with a slight bitterness from Aizan.
◉Nozomochi Tokubetsu Junmai Tamakae, bottle warmed and heated.
Clear and well-balanced with a citrusy acidity.
◉Tsanbana Yamahai Junmai Sake
Slightly sour and sweet. Not too Yamahai like.
◉Sanbana Daiginjo
A very good sake, as good as any other sake on display. Quite tasty.
◉Tsanbana White Koji Sparkling HOWAHOWA
A sparkling, citric acidity makes it crisp and refreshing.
◉Pink doburoku made from rice
A slightly dry taste with a hint of grainy rice.
SANGO NO MEGURI DOBUROKU
Dry and pungent, with a sake-like character.
I was allowed to drink a lot of it and it was really good 💞 Tochigi Ai 💞.
Good morning, Nemuchi 😃!
Your precise review with love for Nozomu & Chanbana, and your catalog-like photos with front and back introductions are a certification of ‼️ Nozomu Ambassador 🤗.
Thank you for your love of Tochigi 🥰.
Good evening Jay & Nobby, thank you for being our Ambassadors of Hope at 🌜️🤣We drank so much that we can no longer limit the number of words & post pictures 😋Tochigi love made us feel even more delicious than usual this year 🤗💞.
Hi Nemuchi 🐦.
Awesome! So much to look forward to 😆 It's even more amazing that you can remember the different flavors properly ✨I'm glad you're bringing so many different kinds of food 😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan. 🌜️ I didn't forget to take pictures of both the back and front labels at the hope booth, so I had a great amount of them🤣this is also a result of my love for Tochigi🤗💞The brewer was very generous and I ended up drinking too much👍.
Mochi boː "Dry Splash" Junmai Daiginjo Hi-ire [Tochigi Prefecture Tonoike Shuzoten].
Mellow acidity and sweetness to peariness. Lingering bitterness and a sense of alcohol. I like it a lot.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol content: 16%.
A sip of this wine after returning to Hiroshima for a holiday weekend.
The aroma is clean, sweet and sour, like green apples and white grapes.
The firm flavor of Hokkaido sake rice "Comet," which I had never tasted before, was refreshed with each sip thanks to the moderate amount of gas.
The sake was more refreshing with each sip.
It was served with Hokkaido shime saba (mackerel), tuna, yellowtail, salmon, squid sashimi, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), all of which are produced in the same Hokkaido region as the sake rice.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Thank you for your comment!
The liquor store we frequent in Hiroshima has a good selection of Tochigi sake, but this time we were attracted by the name of the sake rice, "Comet" 😆.
The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival 8
Nozomu's booth. Hankyu's Tochigi Sake event was only for Sanbana, but Osaka Takashimaya is a special distributor, so they can bring Nozomu too!
I drank
Nozomu Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake
Very gorgeous, fresh, sweet, delicious, and juicy😍!
Nozomu Junmai Daiginjo Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu
Deep umami and sweetness. A little bit of bitterness in the second half😍.
Nozomu Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama-shu
No picture because I bought it. Similar to the top two, but just the right balance 😋.
Sanbaku Yamahai Junmai
Easy to drink, even for a Yamahai sake 😍.
Sanbana Junmai Ginjo
I had this at Hankyu the year before last and it's still as good as ever😍
Sanbana Daiginjo
I was also allowed to drink a nice one.
Very elegant, gorgeous, round, sweet and delicious😍.
I heard that Sanbana is only available locally, but if you negotiate with a distributor, you might be able to order it. They said they might be able to order it for you if you negotiate with the distributor.
The three Nozomis were especially eye-opening and shockingly delicious!
I didn't buy much, but it made me realize that I need to drink more!
The proprietress?
She was very funny and entertaining with her light-hearted talk!
She also told me to come to the Tochigi sake event she holds every year in Osaka, but it was a weekday 🤣.
Tochigi love 🥰 even at Takashimaya!
Good evening, bouken😃.
I like the comparison of Nozomu-san and Sanbana-san 🤗.
And the Nozomu-san from Tochigi that you bought ‼️ is very tasty 😙.
Love Tochigi, Nozomu ken-san 🥰.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🌦️
It's been a while since I've had a drink, but they're all so good 😻
I've never had any of these despite the name and the fact that I haven't had any 😅
I bought it before I got pregnant and couldn't drink it, so I opened it up for the second time. It was a little sour when cold, but at room temperature it was soft and tasty!
Today I made rice with mackerel and mushrooms, so I paired it with that.
On this day, we also received pineapple and pear from Nozomu-san's whimsical recipe, which is overflowing with Tochigi love ❤️. 😀 We also received Nozomu-san's whimsical recipe last year.
Last year we also had Nozomu-san's whimsical recipe, but last year it was bananas and American cherries, wasn't it?
Last year, I could feel the fruitiness of the sake, but this year... it's still delicious 😀.
The fruity sweetness was balanced by a firm acidity, and while I didn't get that much pear, I did get a good amount of pineapple 😇.
I can't wait to see what kind of whimsy Mr. Toji Ono of Nozomu will do next year 😇.
Hi Yasubeyesan 😃.
Thank you for the Tochigi love 🥰 from Osaka for the second year in a row 😊Nozomu's whimsical recipe 🍶I've never tried it 🥲 but I enjoy the different recipe every year🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
I think Touji-san's whimsy is a bit different for you guys as it is sweet and tasty 🤣.
I went to a sake festival today and had a great time talking with the brewery owner of Sotaike and tasted a lot of their sake 😇.
Hi Yasbay 🐦.
I see you drank this one 😻 I went to buy it and it was sold out😭I wanted to drink it because I like both pear and 🍍! I hope you make the same recipe again next year 😂.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
This is all at the whim of the master brewer, so maybe next year he will be in a different mood 🤣.
But the direction of the taste has changed, but it was delicious last year and this year, so I'm looking forward to it next year too😇
