The last time I drank the standard Nozomu, it was very good, so I have high expectations for this one too😊.
The aroma is not as much as I expected 🤔.
It has a fruity taste with a moderate sweetness ❗️
It's a splash, so I was expecting a strong gassy taste.
I was expecting to feel a little bit of gas but I only felt it slightly.
It has a slightly bitter aftertaste that is refreshing👍.
It's a CWS, so it's a little different from what you'd expect from a classic.

Cold sake
Juicy aroma of white peach and astringent taste of persimmon.
It has a gentle umami flavor with a clean finish.
The sweetness that you can taste from the middle of the sake is very impressive 🤔.

It's interesting that they release a limited edition with different sake rice and brewing each month 👀.

Slightly effervescent, citrusy and fruity.
Bitter acidity in the latter half is impressive.
I think the sweetness is moderate in Nozomu.
I prefer it at room temperature.
