I bought it because of the label and name. Fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong flavor. It has a sour taste like lactic acid. The aftertaste is a bit bitter. I drank too much because of the addictive taste.

Tamakihar -Kanwari-. Tamakihar is literally brewed by a single brewer who took over the business of Echigo Den'emon, which had been a dormant brewery. He puts all his energy into a mere 300 kg of rice. It has a clear, outstanding crispness and a characteristic astringency. (The astringency is comparable to that of rice and grapes (whether the comparison is appropriate or not) and is expressed only with Koshitanrei, a convincing sake quality design that is unique!

Buy at Frespoave for home I've been uniformly setting the date I drank it as 2017/04/01 for a while, since I was drinking this sake before April 2017 when I started using the app to record the label image and the date I drank it.

Sake Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 14.5 Before drinking, chill in the freezer for about 2 hours and serve in a glass cup at room temperature. Purchased on the internet, not directly from the store. At the time of purchase, the website states that it is "sake to be drunk in a wine glass. When I tried it, I didn't feel the fruity taste that was associated with "I want to drink it with a wine glass", but rather the sake itself. It might be better to chill the glass well. A sense that the taste gets fatter as the bottle temperature rises indoors

This brewery was closed in April this year due to the effects of Corona and other factors. It is said that there is no reopening schedule, so it is practically closed. The official site has disappeared, and it looks like the company has been sold. It would be nice if the company that bought it would let it reopen... It's a rich, umami type that's different from the general image of Niigata's sake. It has a sweetness from the rice. As it has won a gold medal, I'm sure this sake would be delicious warmed. It also has a creamy sweetness.

I bought it for about 1300 yen. We chilled it and drank it. It is gorgeous and fruity like Junmai Ginjo. I heard that the demand for sake decreased due to the closure of restaurants due to Corona, and the brewery closed this spring because they couldn't expect to make a profit in the future. I'll buy another bottle before the stock runs out😎.
