You can taste the soft rice flavor and it enhances the taste of the snacks!
The 500ml bottle is just the right size!
When drunk hiya-dake, it is a sharp and satisfying sake.
When warmed to lukewarm, it suddenly has a soft and gentle mouthfeel.
I think I prefer it slightly warmed up.
I think this is the first sake from Ueda.
The crisp mouthfeel is immediately followed by the delicious taste of rice!
I drank it with a side of fatty grilled mackerel, but it reset itself nicely. An endless loop of snacks, sake, snacks, sake...
I want to drink it at different temperatures, but it's gone before I can. I'm going to have to go back 😁.
It has a very soft sweetness with a clean aftertaste and a lingering aroma that lingers in the nose.
It is a sake that goes well with the mountains of the Northern Alps.

The aroma is the same, but the rice flavor is more pronounced.
I think I prefer this one.

I received this from a senior as a retirement gift.
My wife and I enjoyed it.
I don't like sweets, but it was sweet, but not too sweet.
We both enjoyed it together.
