Limited edition sake from the Furusato Jiman Festival held in Nakatsugawa Simplified labeling, etc. Sold at a reasonable price It was a three-day event, but they ran out on the second day! The sake we had this time was dry, but it tasted and smelled full. The taste and aroma were full-bodied, and the texture on the tongue and the feeling of it hitting the back of the mouth were pleasant. Great value for money!

Yamame Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered and Fire-brewed 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Shinshu It was labeled "sweet," but it is not too sweet and does not interfere with the taste of the snacks. I wouldn't order it if it said "sweet", but I was right. The label is also cute.

When drunk hiya-dake, it is a sharp and satisfying sake. When warmed to lukewarm, it suddenly has a soft and gentle mouthfeel. I think I prefer it slightly warmed up. I think this is the first sake from Ueda.
