The acidity is impactful Maruhi.
I bought it because it is easy to drink in the summer 😊.
I was actually going to buy the same one as ma-ki-'s, but I was attracted by the label "limited edition" and bought this one 🤩.
They said it is even more polished and clear juicy.
It is sweet and sour on the palate, with a pronounced acidity in the second half. There is no gassy feeling.
But neither the sweetness nor the acidity is as much as I expected, it is elegant and well put together.
The finish is well-balanced and easy to drink.
Conversely, it may be the least impactful Maruhi I've ever tasted.
Anyway, a well-rounded Maruhi😄.
I am looking forward to seeing what the next Maruhi will be like again.
Maruhi is delicious no matter which one you drink. ❣️
Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
I like Maruhi's limited edition bespoke ⤴️
It's really a delightful question of which one to take home 😁.
Limited edition is a very weak phrase for me too 😆.
I'm sure it would go well with an elegant Maruhi meal!
Good morning, ma-ki-😃Thank you for your comment. I was planning to buy the same Maruhi... sorry I lost out on the 🙇♀️ limited 😅I always end up making unplanned purchases when I go to the liquor store ⁉️
The other day, my work at a customer's place ended in the morning, so I went to a liquor store near there for the first time.
I decided to go to a different liquor store to get a bottle of something that was not available at my usual liquor store,
I bought a bottle of Hirasen Maruhi Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo Limited Edition Betsuatsurai.
The first sip has a sour taste!
It also has sweetness!
Sweet and sour, like apricots?
But it's thick, but smooth.
Usually Maruhi rice is 60% polished rice, but this one is supposedly 50%.
Sake degree -15 degrees
Acidity 3.4 ・・・ It's pretty good.
It's sweet, but the acidity seems to balance it out.
But it's so good!
It just goes down so smoothly.
Nice to meet you, Takashi!
I'm attracted to the words "limited edition bespoke" 🍶I've been wanting to drink Hiraizumi for a while now 🍶The color of the sake label and the faceted glass are so synchronized, it's beautiful✨.
Thank you very much, Aaru-Shu!
Yes, when it says something like "limited edition", I buy it even though I think I'm being cheated lol.
I might be tempted to drink the unique sweet and sour taste of this sake again too!
Yamahai making. Sweetness and acidity that makes it an after-dinner dessert. A sake that can be drunk with relish even when it has become clammy. It has the good points of summer sake.
From RABY, the Maruhi series will be brewed with the multi-acidic yeast No. 77, and will be reborn as a series characterized by sweetness and acidity.
The third "Limited Bessetsu" is made entirely from "Hyakuda," a next-generation sake brewing rice developed by Akita Prefecture.
The third "Limited Bessetsu" is made entirely from "Momota" rice, a next-generation sake brewing rice developed by Akita Prefecture.
The normal Maruhi is 60% polished rice, but this Besshitsu is 50% polished*. The clarity of the rice is more polished, and the elegant juiciness of the sake is a step up from the ordinary Maruhi.

It is fruity, easy to drink, and has a good acidity without being too sweet!
My favorite taste♪ It has a similar feeling to Shinmasa!
The bottle is summery and the perfect summer sake for this time of year.
Malhi is characterized by its sourness, but this Natsunama has the best balance of sweetness and sourness👍.
It is fruity and juicy, with a refreshing acidity that pushes in and leaves you refreshed, not spicy or bitter.
It was so easy to drink that my husband and I finished it in no time💦.
It's low al, so we guzzled it down.
But really tasty 😋.
Another summer sake I'm looking forward to next year: ❣️
I recommend this one: ☺️
It has a strong acidity and sweetness that stands out 😖I feel the more I drink, the more delicious it becomes as I drink the second glass more than the first, and the third glass more than the second. ☺️
