It's my first time to drink Hiraizumi❗️ I've never had a Junmai Daiginjo from Yamahai 🤔. It doesn't have a fruity aroma❗️ Somewhat spicy aroma and taste😅 It's very unusual. I've tasted it somewhere before but can't remember where 😥. It's a daiginjo so it has a clean aftertaste. But to be honest, it wasn't my favorite taste 😥. I wonder what other Hiraizumi tastes like❓

The bottle is summery and the perfect summer sake for this time of year. Malhi is characterized by its sourness, but this Natsunama has the best balance of sweetness and sourness👍. It is fruity and juicy, with a refreshing acidity that pushes in and leaves you refreshed, not spicy or bitter. It was so easy to drink that my husband and I finished it in no time💦. It's low al, so we guzzled it down. But really tasty 😋. Another summer sake I'm looking forward to next year: ❣️ I recommend this one: ☺️

Not too sour, easy to drink. Personally, I found it easy to drink 2 days after opening the bottle, when the acidity and umami were well balanced.

I had a lot of hard work in June, and I wanted to be soothed with a sweet drink, so I opened this bottle. Maruhi Momota Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo My favorite sweet sake is Maruhi by Hiraizumi! It's almost like a noble sake. I enjoyed the dense sweetness and moderate acidity! Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 14%.
