It has a juicy sweetness and richness with a well-rounded aftertaste.
It is a well-balanced sake that conveys the quality of Nakadori.
Serve with sashimi
One of the three kinds of drinks
The aroma was more subdued than the Hana-yoku, but it was sweet and fruity in the mouth.
Together with the Hanayokyu, it was a chance to change my preconceived notions of Kanto sake!
It has been a long time since I last had a yamori, although I refrained from doing so because the taste had changed so much.
I am looking forward to seeing what kind of changes there will be now that it is a fire-retardant type.
Last time, it was directly pumped, so the acidity was too pronounced and I didn't like it very much. But this time, the acidity has been lightened by the aging process, and at the same time, the heaviness has been added, which is just right. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight tanginess and sweetness. Then comes the spiciness and sourness. Toward the end, there is a bitter taste and the pungent taste remains.
I used to avoid the fire-brewed types because they were too heavy, but this one is just the right thickness for when the weather gets a little chilly. It made me want to try a different spec next time.
Rice polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%.
The fruity taste is not so typical of Yamori, and the bitterness is strong. It is not the taste we expect from Yamori.

The fifth last house
It was past the last order time of the event, but we were warmly welcomed (happily)!
The last one was the familiar Yamori.
I've never seen this label for sake!
55% polished domestic rice, 16% alcohol by volume
It was almost the end of the event
The event attendees are going-around!
Everyone was ready and in high spirits.
We drank outside with a lot of excitement!
I don't remember what it tasted like 😭
But the event was so much fun!
I hope to buy a batch and join next year 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
I happened to go to a soba noodle shop for lunch that was participating in the event!
I bought a batch of tickets to try out the event.
It's a great way to eat, drink, and enjoy the food and drinks!
I hope you will join us next year ❗️
Summer vacation for a forty year old man. Is this the antenna store of the Toshimaya Sake Brewery in Kanda Square? I wonder if this is the original. You can drink from noon at the Toshimaya Brewery. Yamori is a fruity, modern and delicious sake. However, it is only open for lunch or happy hour on weekdays, which is a bit sad, isn't it?
At the HIMONO Yaro Umeda Baltika 03 Ekiue branch. If you're lucky, you might be able to drink some sansho👍.
Junmai with a refreshing & fresh aroma. Clean aftertaste. Delicious ❗️
The first time I saw a yamori
When I first saw the sake, I read it as yamori (laughs)
And I'm sorry that I took the liberty of associating the sake with reptiles.
But when I looked closer, I saw them on the label 🦎.
I realized again that it wasn't a mistake.
I got a sake from Tokyo that I was planning to drink someday.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was like old-fashioned alcohol.
In the mouth, the rice flavor is strong and astringent with a bitter taste, and then it goes straight to the finish.
I was surprised at how strong the flavor remained until the end.
The taste mellows out as the sake gets hiya, but the bitterness is still there and it's a clear statement.
Good evening, Nokoaki 😃.
Congratulations on your first gecko and over 200 CI ㊗️㊗️ 🎉You read gecko🦎😅 or you can never read okunokami🧐.
Kochira is more bitter! I'm curious!
Good evening Jai & Nobby 🌉.
Thank you 😊
I guess I should have carved something like Mr. Jai & Nobby 🙂.
I definitely can't read 💦.
But I've always wondered about Okunokami because it's too cool a name 🍶.
