Finally got to drink this Tokyo sake 🍶‼️ tastes a little dry and matches the dried fish ✨😋It's easy to drink and you can usually finish a glass! I got the impression that it was more about making the most of the rice flavor than fruity, so I feel like it was for people who like sake‼︎😆

I was planning to take the opportunity to drink Tokyo's sake. I was lucky to find this one that had a good reputation.
The taste is not sharp or distinctive. It has a subtle sweetness, and the taste or aroma of rice is left in a strong flavor. This sake is not to be drunk in large gulps. It seems to be made in Shimura Ken's Higashimurayama City. I had mistakenly thought it was made in Toshima Ward because of the name of the brewery.

We opened a bottle of "Junmai Nakadori" (Junmai Nakadori) from "Yamori", which we purchased at a liquor store on a short trip to the neighborhood.
The aroma is a mild ginjo aroma. The taste is full of flavor and full of richness. The fullness of the flavor perfectly matches the taste of autumn.
This is a perfect bottle to enjoy with an evening drink as the temperature gradually drops in autumn. Delicious: ‼️

There was a sizzling sound when the bottle was opened. The top aroma is slightly fruity. When you drink it, it tastes sweet and spicy, with a nice zing to it. This is delicious. The slightly sweet taste makes it easy to drink. Despite the strong name "Arashibashi," it is sweet and spicy and very tasty. The subtle fruity aroma is very faint. It is good both on its own and with food. It went well with shishamo fish, koya-tofu (dried tofu), and Kawanakajima white peaches. I would like to try other Yamori wines as well.
Is it similar to Genmai's special junmai or Yomomae no Namaichibon?
I especially like it!
