I visited TDM1874 the other day and found a selection of Yamori brands, so I chose a summer sake-like sake and bought two other interesting sake, one of which I have been seeing a lot lately at Sake no Wa and this one.
I had a relaxing lunchtime drink as I have to work for a week starting tomorrow ✨.
The aroma is fresh and sweet, like ramune.
The mouthfeel is light and you can feel the gas. The sweetness is firm and spreading, the acidity is mild, and the short bitterness at the end makes it refreshing, but I thought the sweetness was a little too sweet for me personally😅.
But it's so easy to drink that it was gone within a day😔.

So your first Tokyo sake was Yamori. Maybe it's a bad analogy, but I felt it was similar to Kangiku, but a little sweeter and less bitter.
