It also has a slightly fizzy taste. It is hard to find in other areas of Japan, but this sake is from Tokyo.

I have wanted to try this sake for years, but could not buy it because it was sold out quickly and only one bottle was in stock. I wanted to see if I was an omatist because of the Sake-1 Grand Prix 😁. The aroma is gorgeous and tastes like bananas and pears. Slightly effervescent? The lingering aroma is very fruity 😋. Depending on the temperature range, it can be pineapple or a little nutty and complex. I don't drink it myself, but the guy at the store recommended heating it up. While I was on my way to buy this sake, Rafa informed me that a hard-to-find sake had arrived at a certain place 😳. I had given up on the idea that only regulars could buy it, but with Rafa's help, I was able to purchase it 🥺. I'll tell you about it another time 😊.

I'm a sucker for limited editions and only available now 😆. 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture The color is slightly amber. Almost transparent. The aroma is soft and sweet. The mouthfeel is ultra-fine and carbonated. The taste is clean and sweet, like green apple🍏. In addition, sourness and a bit of bitterness. They can be felt almost at the same time. Each taste is well-balanced and harmonious. The taste is cool and refreshing as it goes down. A local Tokyo sake 🍶. I have made up my mind to continue to support 📣 my hometown Tokyo sake 🍶.

I went there! The long-awaited "Toshimaya Festa 2024"! A long line of people lined up even before the doors opened! We went through Kamosu (brewing) Street, which is like a petit sake brewery tour, and went to the tasting corner (🍶). There were 5 kinds of tasting! Here's the first one! (1) Yamamori Junmai Nakadori Unadjusted Nama Shu (1) Yamori Junmai Nakadori Unadjusted Nama Shuyu - a well-balanced, beautiful sake with a moderate sweetness and a refreshing finish! My friend who went with me also liked it very much. ❤️ I'm kind of happy ☺️
