Wakamusume Tsukigusa Special Junmai Limited Light Nigori.
The top clear aroma of the first sip from the ice-cold cellar is of banana and soft grains.
When you drink the rest of the bottle, you will feel a delicate gasiness and juicy acidity, and the sweetness and umami will catch up with the balance.
When you mix in the tailings, it becomes more silky and gives the taste a more three-dimensional impression and umami.
The umami flavor is added by the Kamisumi and the freshness, but like the Kamisumi, the latter half of the bottle has a sourness and does not have a sweet and umami dull feeling.
Personally, I think this lingering flavor makes it a well-balanced sake.
In the usual tasting of three glasses, I think I prefer the sake bowl, it is delicious.

drinking at home
Nice to meet you.
Sake from Yamaguchi following 3 grains of Omine.
Refreshing aroma and gasiness. Acidity to my liking.
It seems to be a small sake brewery, but it has a very high level of quality!
Junmai Ginjo light nigori.
As the label says, it has a tropical sweetness and acidity reminiscent of pineapple and passion fruit.
It also has a slight bitterness.
You may add a lot of ice.
In the sweltering heat, can a label make you feel like you're at a resort?
Can you enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of a resort in the sweltering heat? Or a tropical experience with a hint of refreshing sweetness? Which is it?
Next, a nigori drinking comparison 😊.
First, Wakamusume.
It didn't take much time to open the bottle, and the gasiness was strong, with a characteristic sweetness and bitterness.
It is a bit sticky in the aftertaste.

Good evening, Mr. Studying 😃.
I see that the Bunbun you drank is light nigori! I think I prefer the light nigori for wakamusume, but it still has a strong sweetness, which is a concern in summer 🤔.
Good morning, ichiro18 😃Yes, I also thought there was a clear sake after reading ichiro18's review 😆 I was concerned about the sticky feeling, but it was easy to drink with a strong gassy taste.
I missed the timing and gave up,
I was told by Takashi that a liquor store I frequent had started carrying it, so I went there and found it 😍Thank you 😊.
I used to go to Totsuka, Asakusabashi, and Tama for an hour to buy Wakamusume, so I'm so happy to be able to buy it nearby 🎉.
I'm so glad to be able to buy it near me 🎉 Wakamusume has a pattern of producing both Nama-shu and Usunigori (light nigori) from the same brand, but this time it's Nama-shu. (The newly released Tsukigusa seems to be both nama-shu and hi-ire.)
Aroma was fruity, banana-like and lactic 🤔.
Soft mouthfeel, with a chili fizziness. It has a clean mouthfeel with juicy sweet flavor and a bit of sharp acidity. There is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste as well, and it doesn't leave a sweet taste 😍.
Postscript
Not that it matters, but I was at Eel Mountain for lunch! It was Kansai style, direct flame broiled, crispy and great ✨.
Good evening, ichiro18!
It's lovely 😍💕wakamusume!
Tropical 🏝️ sweet delicious and juicy 🤩I'd like to try it ❣️ but my neighborhood doesn't carry it... 💦I may have to meet you on a local expedition... 🥺.
Good evening, ichiro18 😊.
I see you drank 😋.
I also travel to Yamaguchi on business, but it doesn't seem to be available anywhere in Yamaguchi. I'm really glad that a liquor store near me started carrying it 🥰.
Good evening, ichiro18 🌝.
I'm jealous you have a store near you where you can buy it 😭.
Cute label and definitely delicious ✨Wakamusume, I think it's a sake that should be appreciated more: ☺️
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
I can't tell from the picture, but the label is sparkling like lame ✨.
It seems that the amount of shipping is small to begin with, and it's hard to find even for Mr. Takashi in Yamaguchi 😅.
Good evening, Mr. Takashi 😃.
Yes, I finally got it ✨I had to look up the information of the distributor, but it was very hard until now because Wakamusume does not have it 😅It was dark under the lighthouse, but I am glad I was able to buy it 🍶.
Good evening, Chesta 😃.
I'm so thankful that I found out about the deliciousness of wakamusume and even found out where I can buy it thanks to the information from Sake no Wa 😍It's a delicious taste that really deserves more recognition ✨I'll spread the word 😁.
Good evening, ichiro18🌛.
This "Wakamusume" loose label is as drunk as the "Hagi no Tsuru" cat label 🥰.
[As an "eel" lover myself, I could probably open a four-pack of it with this picture 🤣.
Hi Jive, good evening 😃.
The cat label is really sweet ✨I want to try this sake because I haven't had it yet 😍The eel was great ✨What, you're going to empty a four-pack just from a picture? ⁉️ Please make the most of it 🤣🤣!
Good evening, ichiro18!
It's nice to be able to buy the sake you want to drink nearby 🎵
Quicksilver Sake no Wawa information: ⤴️
I had a hard time deciding on this one, but it looks refreshingly delicious - and the eel looks delicious too 🤤.
Good morning, ma-ki-😃.
It's really nice to be able to buy it near you 😍Sake no Wa's information is enriching my drinking life 👍Thank you ✨It's hard because there are so many drinks I want to drink and I have to give up some 🍶.
Good evening, Shikatarou 😃.
Thanks to you, I was able to get it and had it... I'm glad that there is now a liquor store in my neighborhood where I can buy it, Wakamusume-san. I guess SAKE Street is the one with the most variety👍.
Good evening ichiro18!
I remember drinking the light nigori version of wakamusume's Bunbun last year 😚 It was delicious, tropical and refreshing 😆 I hope they will carry more near you 👍✨.
Good evening, Kotaro 😃.
I see you drank Bumbun last year! And the light nigori 👍Wakamusume is my favorite light nigori ✨I've read your past logs and Kotarou's review looks delicious 😃.
Hello ichiro18 🐦.
That's nice, buzzing! Feels like summer 🏝️ and I'm glad you can now buy it nearby 😊.
The eel! The eel looks so good 😻I want to eat it plump as it is crispy here 😁.
Hi Pon-chan 😃
Thank you for the convenience 👍I'm used to steaming eels in Kanto, so crispy was fresh and tasty 😍but I also recognized the tender plumpness of Kanto 🤔.
Cute summery label.
I remember drinking it last year and enjoying it.
Pineapple sweetness and sourness
Like a pineapple candy
It has a light aftertaste that doesn't linger.
It is still delicious and easy to drink.
It's hot, hot days, but for a refreshing change, here it is. Wakamusume's Moeki. It has a nice cool, slightly sparkling piquancy. The rice is Yatan-nishiki and it has a gentle sweetness.
