Shintani Shuzo
Wakamusume Moegi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu Light Nigori
Open the bottle with a pop 😍.
Gorgeous ripe banana-like aroma 🍌.
Vibrant gasiness. The first sip has just the right amount of sweetness and umami.
The impression of sweetness is restrained for a Wakamusume.
The bitter taste also comes through, making it crisp and refreshing.

Wakamusume Ruri Karakusa Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Mild Nigori
Rated 4.4
Rice polishing ratio: 60%, alcohol content: 15
Beautiful sweetness spreads slowly with light nigori. The acidity gives it a soft citrus taste. Perhaps because it is a draft sake, it has a harsh aftertaste with a spicy bitterness at the end of convergence.
Aromas of 🍍 and 🍎, slight effervescence
Sweet but also tart and refreshing
A little muscat on the palate?
The sense of rice is not that strong and light.
As the label design suggests, it has a tropical aroma and juicy flavor.
It is lightly nigori (light nigori), so it has the freshness that only nama-shu can provide, while still having the matte feeling of lees.
It can be enjoyed on its own, but it also goes well with meat dishes.
When the bottle is opened, there is a popping sound and a nice aroma of sake wafts through the air as it is poured into the glass.
The mouthfeel is fruity, reminiscent of green apple🍏, with a gentle sweetness and acidity that leaves a clean aftertaste.
It has a smooth texture on the tongue and is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed without any accompaniments.
slightly cloudy
Slightly tangy
Fruity aroma
Sweet and juicy flavor
Serve with Gorgonzola cheese gnocchi
It goes well with the salty flavor of Gorgonzola.
Sweet and sizzling taste is emphasized and nice
The first sip was so smooth that it was like, "Oh, did you drink sake? The second sip was a big hit of umami. If you like sweet sake, this is a must-try!
I haven't drank "Wakamusume" in Yamaguchi prefecture for a long time.
This time it was Ruri Karakusa.
The aroma is lactic acidic and creamy with a hint of acidity and an elegant sweetness.
The palate is cool and gaseous, with a delicate sweetness that is moist and spreads as if blending with the palate. ✨️
The aftertaste is rich and bitter, and the aroma on the nose is luscious and very good!
It is a wonderful sake that makes you want to savor it over and over again☺.
Good evening, Mr. Kurumafu!
Oh, it was made in October 2025, which means it's freshly made Ruri Karakusa✨.
Wakamusume-san, I envy you that you can have freshly made new sake since it is not sold in your neighborhood 😊.
Good evening, Chirsta 🌝.
It was on the Instagram post of Shintani Sake Brewery, and it means new sake: ✨️
I am happy to taste the first new sake of the year with unquestionable taste ☺.

The nose is modest, with fresh grassy, fruity notes.
In the mouth, sweetness spreads quickly and pineapple aroma spreads. The finish is sharp with bitterness and acidity.
Typical Jyushiyo style. It has a high degree of perfection and is quite tasty, but it is not my favorite.

Wakamusume 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 bunbun Junmai Ginjo
The sound of the bottle opening adds to the excitement.
Gorgeous sweet and sour pineapple-like aroma 🍍.
It is full of gas and full of energy 😄The sweet and sourness also has a hint of dryness. Light first sip. It's refreshing and easy to drink.
It's also low in alcohol, so it's easy to drink 🥰.
For drinks you can't normally drink, go to a tavern.
Wakamusume is the first brewery
What a fun label!
Fresh and fruity, rich and sweet!
Soft acidity and soft aftertaste
It also has a light nigari rice flavor.
Calpis with a core
Good with taco sashimi with no peculiar taste
at Tsukiyomi
Today is Wakamusume.
It is called Tsukigusa, special junmai, nama-zake.
My favorite Hachitan-Nishiki.
Polishing ratio is 60%.
Sake from this September. It was served in less than half of a bottle, so it may have been losing some of its freshness.
It's sweet and delicious, but I didn't get the banana feeling that it claims to have.
