Aged in house for 2 years in ice-cold storage. Mild grain aroma with soft cemedine and iso incense. The mouthfeel is smooth with a strong acidity that spreads throughout, but there is also a soft sweetness and umami. The lingering nutty flavor also adds complexity and thickness to the taste. I love the taste and want to wait a little longer. On the second day, we tried heating the sake. From room temperature to hinata, the acidity, sweetness, umami, and overall volume increases, and the bitterness in the aftertaste becomes stronger little by little from the human skin feeling. Going from hot to flying, it becomes a little smarter overall, but the alcohol feeling comes out. When heated and cooled, the overall flavor is the same, with a strong, glossy seme aroma, but the softness comes to the forefront and is pleasant. It's definitely a delicious sake that people who like it will enjoy.

Rice used is Yamadanishiki
Probably my first visit to Ryujinmaru: ❣️
I had no idea that I would be able to find it even after wandering around liquor stores and the internet so much, but I guess there are places where you can find it.
Anyway, it's massive, very drinkable, and delicious. ‼️
It has a slightly peculiar sweet aroma and a matured flavor.
It is full-bodied but also refreshing.
It is a sake that should be drunk face to face.
The back end is nicely integrated with just the right amount of bitterness, and although it is heavy, there is no cloying taste, so it goes in easily.
It might be interesting to let it sit for more time.
This is an unbearable sake. Can I drink it again?
Purchased at Tollett's Liquor Store. Amazing, a selection and reasonable prices that is not just a tourist liquor store. First of all, here's to this liquor store.
But this sake is not fruity at all. It is not fruity at all, but has a slight matured flavor and a beautiful sake smell.
You can drink it indefinitely. It's so deeply delicious.
It was an amazing sake, Ryujinmaru Daiginjyo Nama Sake 40🍶.
It has a 40% rice polishing ratio, and it's Yamada-Nishiki, so normally? I think it's quite refreshing.
But, based on that refreshing taste, it has a solid drinking experience. I think it is because of the bottle aging in 2021 and the exquisite reduction of alcohol added to it.
I like it 😊.
Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶.
Actually, I bought it at the same time as the previous Junmai, but when I drank the Junmai, I took it for granted that this was a sake that should be aged for a long time 😪💤 and it has been in the bottle for a long time until now 😌.
The aroma is grain-like, or Western liquor-like, or mature aroma, and the smell alone is enough to make you feel drunk. 😵💫
I think it's better to drink it at room temperature or warmed than chilled because the initial smell will disappear. Maybe I'll give it a try after tomorrow. It's good to enjoy long-aged sake sometimes. ☺️
