At a supermarket I hadn't visited for a long time, I saw an unfamiliar sake on the shelf at room temperature, and when I picked it up, I found it was from the Ryujinmaru brewery.
I picked it up and found it to be from the Ryujinmaru brewery. I was so impressed that I bought it.
I bought it, but it said to drink it as soon as possible, and it had already been a year 🤣.
I will eat it cold.
The lid of the bulb socket was closed rather lightly, and when I turned it lightly, I found a plastic stopper inside.
The color was slightly yellowish.
The top aroma was a little aged, with brown rice-like aroma, sweet grain-like aroma, and alkali aroma.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly smooth and goes in easily.
The palate has a strong grain-based citric acidity and a slightly mellow umami flavor.
There is also a slight kick in the mouth and a slight tingling on the tongue.

I checked the internet and it seems to be a regular sake.
It seems to be aged a little, but it's not too old to drink.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol
Alcohol content: 15%.
