Today is my son's 3 year old checkup day😄

I didn't do anything myself, but I have to take advantage of my son's reward for his hard work.
This sake is not a rare sake, but I chose it because it looks good.

The closing sake of the fiscal year 2022 is the Furusato tax return sake. It is already the end of the year 2023 and we are still working on the fiscal year 2022.
It has the freshness of freshly squeezed sake with melon-like sweetness. The roughness and herbiness of the original 19 degrees stimulates the tongue. It could be a little less sweet.
It seems to be a regular sake, but according to the information on the website, it seems to be 74% polished.
The retro label of Yamahai is also interesting.
