The second round of the sake comparison started with a sake from Kyoto. The deciding factors were the fact that I had never had a proper sake even though I live close to my parents' house, the fact that this was my first time drinking Yamahai, and the fact that Kyo-no-Kiraki, a rare sake rice, was available.
The first round was similar to the first round of the Teioh Night. The aroma and acidity are increased, but the taste is more refreshing. The old-fashioned label is also somewhat Kyoto-like.
