A bar in Pontocho. Time stops and we drink and drink while listening to the quiet sounds of the kitchen. I drank too much.
Yamahai Junmai from Yaetsuru.
Not as good as Tamagawa's, but it's a solid Yamahai, clear and tasty, and heavy.
