Kyotango, overnight stay in a car
We visited Takeno Sake Brewery, which was also our purpose.
In the small store, we tasted four kinds of sake while chatting with the brewer, ranging from regular-priced to super-premium 130,000 yen.
All of them were so delicious!

When the bottle is opened, there is a fizzy feeling as if it is about to pop!
Fresh apple aroma!
Delicious sweetness and umami 😋😋.
A little bitterness and sourness will be refreshing and clean.
Overall a good balance👍
The sake brewed by Takeno Shuzo captivates me.
