Founded 1690 years ago, it's amazing. When I told them that I like fresh sake, they recommended it to me. It is easy to drink, but the aftertaste is a bit dry. Scored 73 points.
I remember it being good in the distant past and bought it, but it was light and dry and not what I thought it would be. It is not to my taste, but next time I will try it in a different way. 65 points.
I heard from the toji that this year's Kame-no-o Nama-zake had a good reputation, so I bought it. From the moment I opened the package, the popping sound and white smoke gave me a sense of anticipation. It is a sweet sake to begin with, but it has a slight effervescence, is not habitual, is slightly sweet, and is quite easy to drink. This is too delicious. It's a pity that I can't always buy it in this condition because it's not heated. 90 points.
Nigori (nigori) sake from today. I don't know if it goes well with the 6 kinds of sashimi we also bought from Kyotango, but they were all delicious. It was sweet and had a New Year's feeling. 80 points.
Freshly made 18 degrees. It has a slight fizzy feeling (maybe just a feeling) due to its freshness and spiciness. Tango sake tends to be sweet though. Well, I guess there are tastes, but 75 points.
Elegance in sweetness. Special label of Ise Shrine. That alone makes me think it tastes good lol. Otherwise, I personally recommend Tamitsu. 86 points.
A gift. As expected of a daiginjo, it has a mild sweetness, but not much character. However, since it was a souvenir, I was grateful to receive it. 65 points.
I bought this sake from a brewery and registered it on the app this time because it is an "undistributed sake". When I said I like schwashy sake, they brought it from the back and put the label on the spot. It tasted really good. It was a little expensive, though.
To be honest, it is not in the category of sake. It's right on the border between sake and champagne. Cheese and moromi miso cucumber go well together. Unfortunately, you have to go directly to the sake brewer to buy it, and if you want, they didn't have it in the store, so it doesn't seem to be available all the time. Too fresh as you can see in the picture, and this amount of bubbles! Too good to be true, 92 points.
From the time the bottle was opened, it gave me the anticipation of a physical explosion (wet ceiling). The schwash lasted until the end, as expected. Maybe a little too sweet. But it was delicious. 77 points.
It has a refreshing melon-like taste and a mellow chestnut-like taste. The chestnut-like sweetness in the back of the bottle is a taste of Yaetsuru, which is also found in Kameo Kuramai. 83 points.
This is a new autumn sake from the Asakaya line. When I heard that it was freshly made in small quantities, I bought it immediately and drank it immediately. It is a fresh and dry sake. Score 80 points.
The most expensive bottle of KID was given to me as a souvenir.
The 40% polished rice makes it mild and easy to drink, with no cloying taste and a pleasant mouthfeel. It is mild and easy to drink. It is a sweet sake with a slight effervescence. It is delicious. But it may not have that much character. 82 points.
A carbonation that makes you expect more from the moment you open the bottle. A sweet entrance but with a refreshing aftertaste, a summer drink. Rumney feeling. 80 points.
Schwarzwald sweet but rich sake. I didn't expect it to be registered as a brand name. I thought it was registered as Kame-no-o Kuramai by Yaetsuru, which is a rather high-end line in the Kuramai series. I had had this eight years ago, and although it tastes a little different from what I remember, it scored 77 points.
