Unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake. Slightly effervescent and dry, with a melon-like entrance. Slightly bitter on the back end, but refreshing and delicious. 83 points.
My favorite Bunkajin summer sake. The refreshing rummy and melon-like flavors make the drink go down a treat. Drink it chilled or recommended on the rocks, and have a good time early. 80 points.
An unusual sake attracted by the use of yuzu produced in Umaji Village. It was sweeter and less bitter than the very good yuzu sake I had the other day. I thought it tasted like something I've had before, but it was probably a tupet. 65 points.
This is the best sake I had at several Japanese restaurants I ate at on a previous trip to Kochi. I could not buy it in Kochi, so I ordered it by mail order.
First comes the carbonation and sweetness, then the dry taste, and finally the melon aftertaste. I still like this sake. 84 points.
It was my #1 favorite drink before I lived in the US (can't remember the details) and I hadn't had it in a while when I got back. I think I would like it because I like the sweet mouthfeel and it has no habits, but it wasn't as distinctive as I thought it would be. It's easy to drink and goes well with food, but I'm not sure if I'll drink it again after I finish a bottle. 75 points.
Sake from the #1 ranked sake brewery that I learned about through this app. It is different from other sake. The carbonation and acidity come first. You can enjoy the sweetness and freshness. I couldn't taste the first sensation after the second sip. 83 points. I would drink it again if it were not so expensive.
The taste is dry but also sweet. I've been enjoying some Kochi sake at home that I bought on a recent trip, but it's different from the sake I've been drinking. The label and the name of the sake are very particular. 70 points.
It's almost not sake! It is completely citrusy with yuzu coming on the tongue and through the throat. It is not only refreshing but also good with a bitter taste. My wife loved it. 82 points.
