It's an ordinary day, but I'm going to open it. I got a big kick out of it 😊. No, what, this is delicious. I guess the amount of alcohol added is excellent. It's very elegant, but the rice is very thinly sliced, but it's delicious. I drank it by itself for a while. It was a waste during the meal, so I left it out and drank it after the meal. The alcohol content is high, but I don't feel like getting drunk. It is expensive, but I want to buy a bottle of it. Well, last night 🀄️ made me think that Mr. Nochi is a nice person after all 💖.

Today is the Central Leap. once every 4 years and you can't not drink the bag hanging 😄 (LOL) The aroma is apple but with a good amount of fruity. When you drink it, the sweetness is all over the place, and at first I thought it was... but when you drink it, the sourness and bitterness come in moderation, and it is not sweet at all (^o^). It is easy to drink, but also well-balanced. It is a sake of high dimension. It must be delicious!

I finished the bronze label and now I'm going to drink the gold ‼️ What a gorgeous banana-like aroma 😋. The sweetness is also gorgeous, as expected from a flagship 👍Yummmm! But gold is ridiculously expensive😅 I've had gold, silver, and bronze, but the daiginjo silver is by far my favorite 👍 I heard they also released a leap of the central leap, so I didn't hesitate to buy it 😆 I'm looking forward to this one as well 👍.

Premium Month concludes with these two films: ‼️ Last month, Gonoi's Fukurodare Silver Label was so good that I wanted to repeat it in a bottle, as well as drink the Gold and Bronze labels, so I potted them👍. First, the top clear of the bronze: ‼️ It's good but not as good as the shock of the 、、、、、 silver label 😅just a matter of taste 😆. A little sweet and sour taste like the supernatant 😋. If it's too cold, it doesn't show its true flavor, so 10℃ is just right 👍This time of year, it's good enough at room temperature 😋. It will be gone soon after all 😆.

New Year's sake is an original sake from Gonoi Sake Shop of Akebono Shuzo brewery in Aizu-Sakashita, my wife's family home. It is fruity and delicious. I would like to repeat this sake again. The sake bottle and sake cup were fired by a deceased friend.

I had a foot injury at the end of the year, so I decided to pay a visit to the shrine in the New Year... I found out that a white kirin (called Sakumei) visits shrines all over Japan every new moon, and that the shrine where Sakumei is currently staying is "Kanazawa Kuronuma Shrine" in Matsukawa-cho, Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture. I am not a religious person, but I read that the shrine has power, and it is not far from my house, so I visited the shrine as soon as possible. I am not a psychic, so I could not see anything, but I could feel the sacred atmosphere. There was a zelkova tree with a trunk that looked to be about 8 meters in circumference, which gave me a lot of power. It would be great if I could get lucky with this. After returning home in high spirits, I took out the rainbow label of Ao that had been sitting in the back of the refrigerator and drank it. It was slightly carbonated and lightly cloudy. Refreshing aroma and tingling sensation. I was tired of osechi and even though I had chikuwa isobe-age (fried fish cake) as a side dish, it washed it down easily.

Mizuho Golden🌾. The same sake rice as Tenmei Zero-go. The Zero-go was yellow too, by the way 🟡. The active muddy color is the same as the extra sake, The rice used for this sake is different from the rice used for the other sake, so this one is thicker and richer. It is not as sweet as the -5 degree sake, I am sure that the cloudiness and fizziness of this one is deceptive. This one has a stronger sense of effervescence. It's a bit thicker than Tenmei Zero because of the cloudiness, It's a great drink ✨takeshon is right, This is a must repeat ✨.

First time in Gonoi✨ I asked for a lot of things, but the first thing I got was active muddy 🍶. It's called "active" but I guess it's not active😅. Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku x Yamada Nishiki 🌾. A stable and sure combination. It's light and refreshing, The sweetness of nigori (nigori rice) comes through at the end. The alcohol content is 17 degrees, but it doesn't feel like it, It's not like that, but it doesn't feel like it 🤣.

I've been drinking it since yesterday, but I'm still drinking the silver label of the Central ‼️ This is expensive but shockingly good ‼️ yum 👍 The rich sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki 😋. It has a long lingering taste, which I like 😋 The fact that the flavor increases as the temperature rises is proof that it is a good sake 😋. I wonder if it will taste even better when it ages. I wonder if I should ask Mr. Gonoi about it 😆 The aged version of Black Label was very tasty 😆. The nigorigo was also delicious and I want to drink all kinds of sake 😆. Here's today's niggles: ‼️ I was going to drink Jun Dai Miyakanume, but it was cold and I decided to have a nabe, so I chose this nigori 😋. I can drink the gassy one without any trouble now, so I didn't hesitate to pop it in even though there was only one bottle available 👍. First, the supernatant It's very sweet and mild 😋This is delicious 😋Maybe just the supernatant is enough for me 😆. But now it's cloudy, so let's mix it up! It's active nigorigo, but less gassy than Hirotogawa's nigorigo. In short, juicy and sweet 😋 full of grapefruit flavor 😋 with a nice bitterness that makes the cup go further👍 This is so good in a pot 😅. The Central is delicious 😋 I bought it with a silver label from ‼️ bag hanging and a Tenmei Leap No. that only comes out once every 4 years, so my expectations are high 😋. In the meantime, I'll try not to drink too much 😆.
