I am here in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture. Before that, I went to a liquor store in Kitakata city ✨. I was so excited! I can't believe how much they have here 😆😆😆😆. I bought 11 bottles of sake, big and small, over 20,000 yen 💦. So, we went to a butcher shop in Aizuwakamatsu where we had reservations to buy assorted horse sashimi, and then moved on to the onsen inn. I ate the assorted horse sashimi with miso garlic sauce dipped in soy sauce. No doubt about it! And the sake tasted freshly opened, tangy, and refreshing. I almost finished the bottle with only a little left of the four-pack ✋.

Jododaira Touring 🏍️💨 From Fukushima city, take the Bandai-Azuma Skyline and enjoy Jodododaira, Enjoy Jodododaira ❤️ and then go through Bandai Azuma Lake Line to Urabandai ⛰️ and finally go through Bandaisan Gold Line to Inawashiro💧. 550km touring on the way down. 🏍️💨 We left at 4:30am and came home at 5:30pm‼️ Well, that was a lot of fun 😆I was probably on the bike for about 10 hours 🤣. I feel like my whole body is busted up and my grip strength is slightly gone🤣. So as soon as I get home, I'm going to drink some Aizu sake 🍶My favorite one of all 😆‼️ The aroma is a bit of cemedine smell + grefle 😆. Fresh acidity from the palate, AND sweet deliciousness‼️ When swallowed, it has a slightly nigori-like rough texture and bitterness. Ah, this is still good ❤️ The stimulation of the tongue by the gas feeling and the acidity balance the strong sweetness nicely. ❤️The sweet greefiness is delicious. ❤️The bitter taste through the throat makes it even more greefy... Oh no, it's almost gone in 2 hours😭 I'm not sure what to do with the money, but I'm sure you'll be able to find a way to get it... I'm so tired, I'm going to drink up and go to bed 💤.

I bought another kind because the last one I drank was so good! Last time it was made from Yamadanishiki, but this time it was made from a rice called Mizuho Kogane! According to my research, Mizuho Koganei is only used at Akebono Shuzo! I like sweet sake, so I chose this one because it had a sake strength of -5 on the label! I opened the bottle with trepidation as it was an active nigori sake, but there was no sign of spilling, just a little carbonation and lees floating in the bottle💦 (which was a bit of a letdown lol). The top clear liquid has a sweetness that spreads out and leaves nothing but sweetness on the palate! Personally, I think it's my favorite sake! After that, when I mixed the lees and drank it, unlike the supernatant, the sweetness and acidity came at the same time and ran right through! The bitterness is not so noticeable. It was the first time in a long time that I found a sake that I liked, not a rare sake! I also purchased a different year of Ao Yamadanishiki Arashigiri, so I look forward to comparing the two 😊. 4.5/5

Drinking outside. The amount of information on the label is amazing: leap year commemorative brewing, kurodoruri, kamizumi, yamadanishiki 😳. 100% Yamadanishiki Sweet aroma as it pours into the glass. When you put it in your mouth, it has a pineapple-like sweetness. The sweetness is not persistent, but it is a little strong. The mouthfeel is clean and watery. It has a nice sharpness, making it easy to drink. It's so easy to drink that you're afraid you'll finish it before you know it😅.

Also median ❤️ This is a peach label🍑. Top clear. The aroma is not that much. It has a slightly muscat-like aroma. It has a sweetness like white peaches, then a fluffy umami, and then a bitterness that is quick and refreshing! It is amazingly refreshing and delicious 😋. Mix it up. When mixed, it has a sweetness like ripe peaches, with a firm umami of rice, and then a crisp and sharp taste with a firm bitterness 😆. I also like the smooth and silky mouthfeel of nigori 🤤. I made some buri daikon to go with it, but I think it would probably go better with meat 🍖. Leftover chashu pork was obviously a better match 🍖. I will have to buy a bottle of O for every bottle 🤪.

I never forget a good old story. This is the store's special order. It tastes good no matter how many times I drink it. It is easy to drink. I'm Manachy with 0 days off per week 😭. I still haven't had a day off this month🤣. I should go to the labor department for overwork soon 🧐I guess I shouldn't die 🤣. I took 6 days off a week to feel like I had some rest 🤣If I thought work = rest, I'd have 7 days off a week😇. And I drink my favorite Duo to cheer myself up a little 🍶. I love O-chan ❤️ Uesumi The aroma is melon-like It has a refreshing mouthfeel. The taste is very greeful! The bitterness of the aftertaste is quite strong, but it gives it a nice finish. Mixed with The aroma is more melon 🍈. The sweetness and flavor of the Greffle taste is even more intense 😆 When mixed, the bitterness is a little less bitter and I think this one has a more universal taste 👍 I paired it with horse sashimi and it goes great with spicy miso 🍈❤️ spicy miso increases the sweetness of the sake and it's amazingly delicious 🍈. And it's so good with oysters steamed in sake. ‼️I'll have to try yellow label and oysters steamed in sake next year too 🦪.

Produced by Akebono Shuzo, famous for Tenmei, and sold at liquor stores in Aizuwakamatsu, PB Yamadanishiki Jungin Arahashiri! When you pour it, there is a white ooze and when you drink it, the aroma rushes through you! I was surprised at how aromatic it was! There is a little bit of gassiness? Just a little bit. It's a rough runner, so it's complex, but I like it. The aroma is slightly sweet, but there is a slight bitterness afterwards, but it is pleasant without lingering together! (The horse sashimi is a bit crumbly and doesn't look good, but forgive me 💦 the fat from the futaego melts off and tastes great lol) I'll drink it again 😳. 4.2/5
