It has a peculiar acidity and mellow flavor characteristic of Yamahai.
It was drunk cold, but it is close to an aged sake and seems to go well at room temperature or warmed up.
It went well with cheese.
The owner of the liquor store is a Gunma Izumi Honjozo fan 😆.
The one you can try at Kakuuchi is also a Honjozo 😆.
I had a selfish image of "Gunma Izumi is a classic" 😆.
But this one was different 😍.
Gentle fruity sake!
I'd say it's somewhere between modern and classic.
Very good as a food sake 👍
I can drink it with Japanese food and never get tired of it 😋😋.

Good evening, Rika🦉.
I was thinking Gunma Izumi Classic too, but the "light green" draft is easy to drink! This labeled draft looks easy to drink too 😻I'd like to try it 😊.
Ponchan I saw your review on ⤴️ ❣️❣️ Light green looks delicious too! I tend to prefer the more fruity and floral ones, but Gunma Izumi is also nice and tasty to drink with food 😆 I feel like an adult 😆.
Maikaze series, all Gunma sake.
Gunma Izumi's raw sake.
It has a slight banana taste with a hint of citrus.
The slightly spicy taste afterward is also nice.
Third drink of the day 👀.
All sake breweries in Gunma Prefecture cooperate to create a unified brand of sake made from the same sake rice and yeast.
All the sake breweries in Gunma prefecture cooperated to make a unified brand sake with the same sake rice and yeast 🍶.
Maikaze by Shimaoka Sake Brewery. 2022 IWC first place in the sake category ❗️
Delicious 😋.
Along with a braised hamburger. I put rice in the second one as a dipping sauce 😊.
The second one, I put rice in it, just for the sake of it.
Uekiya Shoten's usual shopping
I found it in the "Other Sake" section at Uekiya Shoten.
I couldn't help but click on it. I couldn't resist and popped it in 😫.
It has a crisp acidity that is typical of Yamahai,
The spiciness lingers wonderfully, and I couldn't help but
I started my second glass with lukewarm sake. 😍😍This is the first time I've had it.
This is the first time I've had it, but I'm sure I'll want to try it warmed during the cold season.
I was surprised to find that it was so crisp and clean, with a nice acidity and a lingering spiciness.
I was surprised by the spiciness and the lingering aftertaste.
Good evening, Hanapin 🦉.
This is it! The sake you mentioned😊and the warmed sake is a great answer👍It looks even better when it's fire-roasted❣️ nice color of stewed hamburger steak😻and the amount of rice😆👍
I drank it outside last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it when I found it at Takimoto's.
Gunma Wakamizu 100%
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 15
Fruity aroma, chili when you drink it.
Soft sweetness and umami.
Slightly fruity and fresh, with a bitter taste at the end.
It has a classic taste, but it is easy to drink thanks to the moderate acidity.
It is delicious with chilled tofu and yam yam yam, which gives a sense of sweetness and almost eliminates the bitterness!
On the second day, the fruity melon flavor is obvious.
It is easy to drink because it seems to have less bitterness with sweetness. ❣️
3rd day, the sweetness has decreased and the sourness is still there, maybe a little stronger 🤔.
Still has melon🍈feeling
When I drink it with a meal, the acidity is reduced and it's easy to drink!
Overall, I could drink it with food and enjoy it 😊.
The third one is the cream cheese snack that Tsukitate taught me!
Mix the tsubo pickles and green onion, wrap it in Korean seaweed and pop it in your mouth!
The juice from the tsubo pickles blends in nicely and is delicious and has an interesting texture😊.
Thanks for the food 🙏.
Good evening, Pon. 😊
I bought this sake in this shopping trip.
I bought this sake in this shopping trip. 😍Somehow it was in the {Other Sake} section of the plant shop. (😁.
I will refer to your review. 😂
Hi, Pon 😀
Your report on the changes in taste over the days is indeed very informative 😀.
It's interesting because there are various types of sake that taste outstanding on the day of opening the bottle and others that become more delicious as the days go by and the taste settles down 😀.
Hello, Pon-chan.
It's one of the best parts of drinking out and enjoying your favorite drink at home ✨.
I love the cream cheese snacks 😊.
I often find that drinks that have been open for a little while lately taste better 🎵.
Pon-chan, good evening 🌙
I was very curious about this sake when I saw it in the liquor store's arrival information, but the next time I went there, it was already gone 🥲It still looks delicious...I hope to drink it next year when I see you 😊.
And as always, the snacks😍.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃.
I didn't know there was a pale green draft sake 😳
I was wondering if they had it on draft as it was delicious when I drank it before it was fire-roasted 😆 Well, I haven't been to Takimoto lately 🤔.
Good morning Ponchan 😃.
The cream cheese snacks seem to go well with any kind of alcohol 😊The taste of the alcohol changes depending on the snacks... very helpful 😌.
Pon.
Good morning!
I have never heard of Gunma Wakamizu sake rice 😳
Cream cheese goes well with it 🤩It's also delicious mixed with dried fruits and nuts 🤣 I used to eat Korean seaweed when I was drinking shochu 🤣.
Hi Hanapin 🐦.
I see you bought it 😆 but it's a rare sake that's not from Fukushima 😳 Enjoy!
I thought it went well with food when I drank it before, so please try it with your usual delicious dishes: ❣️
Hi Yasbay 🐦.
Really! Interesting to taste the progress 😊.
I just...I can tell it's going to taste good now, but it's hard to open the first one 💦 I'm drinking it like it's a waste of time 😂.
Hi ma-ki-🐦.
I was a little disappointed at first because the second day tasted like drinking out of the house 😂 I'm glad it ended up tasting like "oh yeah, this is what it tastes like". I was a little disappointed 😂I'm glad it ended up tasting like "so and so tasted like this"... but I have a tongue I can't rely on 🤣🙏.
Hello Kotaro 🐦.
We also had a Junmai "Hatsu Shibori Nama" in stock with this sake, and I couldn't decide which one to get, but I decided to go with the same one as the outside drink 💦 so now I'm more interested in the other one 😅I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it 🤣.
Hi bouken 🐦.
I was going to buy at Nishimura too, so I was like 😆 I went there for the first time in a while the other day and there seemed to be more liqueurs somehow 🤔 and more instruments 🎶.
Hi Rafa 🐦.
Cream cheese is excellent ✨I have it in my fridge without running out 😆.
I'm sure you have a wide range of soba noodles too! If you have any suggestions, please let us know 😊🙏🙏.
Hi Koizo 🐦.
This rice is new to me too😊It seems to be a sake rice called "Wakamizu" produced in Gunma 🤔.
Nuts and dried fruits and cream cheese, great for beauty and health! I try to eat it 😆.
Purchased at a liquor store
I think a Sake YouTuber once said this is the one to pair with Chinese food...
At room temperature
The depth of the rice flavor.
A peculiar acidity peculiar to Yamahai
Good sharpness in the aftertaste
Hot sake
Full rice flavor crescendo
The impression is simple and not assertive.
Paired with Bean Curd with Bean Paste
Gunma Izumi, which I got at Takasaki station last week.
Among the Gunma Izumi brands, the Yamahai Hashiwadashi Junmai has a strong and impactful image in my mind.
I am looking forward to its Maikaze version, and how it is a "raw" sake.
It has a surprisingly gentle and nourishing acidity and clear transparency.
Since it is a Gunma-zumi, I also checked the taste by heating it up, but I think this nama-zake is best drunk cold and crisp.
This is also the Janmotsuni from Raitaro, which we got at Takasaki station. Add some green onions. It's a rich and tasty snack to go with sake 😊.
