Clean, nearly colorless and transparent. strong aromatic intensity of rice flour, rice cake, banana, melon. Dry, a bit sweet and acidity of rice flavor, well balanced, full bodied. Very rich and smooth flavor of rice, rice flour, melon with medium+, a bit bitter finishing.

Ordered it hot. The taste is strong! Very distinctive from the first smell. But it's nice and easy to drink! Not easy to drink, but best when you get used to drinking it. Mellow.

Serve it warmed ^ ^.
Compared to room temperature, the warmed sake is soft, sweet, and wonderfully full-bodied ^ ^.
The aroma of maturity and the multi-layered interweaving of sweet, spicy, and acidic flavors are absolutely superb!
At 1,700 yen, it's not cheap, but if you want to savor it carefully, I recommend ☺️
