I was drinking Shinkame Junmai sake and wanted to drink a sake with more body.
I wanted to drink a sake with more body,
Gunma Izumi Yamahai!
The pleasant aroma of lactic acidity is perfect for the second half of the evening.

It is said that it was made with all Gunma products,
It has won the first prize in the sake junmai category at a sake fair in London. It is a light sake with sweetness and sourness 🤔.
This is the first time for me to drink Gunma Izumi.
Of course I had it heated 🍶.
The initial aroma is of alcohol and a peculiar mature aroma similar to that of Sanin heated sake.
On the palate, it has a mild umami with good acidity.
It was very crisp and dry.
The taste is not bad, but when I drink sake with this kind of peculiar aroma, I get drunk 😅.
Thanks for the food ✨

The name "Awamori" means "light green" in Japanese.
It is made with Gunma Wakamizu and made with Yamahai. It is light and dry and quite to my liking.
The Gunma Izumi is very good when heated. The koji taste is fuller and juicier.
This is the kind of sake that I like to drink slowly, slowly, slowly.
When the sake boom of Shinmasa and Ottersai started, an earnest-looking but slow-talking shopkeeper opened a store in the drinking district of Nakanobu Ebara, but he didn't stock trendy sake and sold only very reluctant sake like Gunma Izumi.
He soon went out of business.
If it existed now, I would go there a lot.

A drink I had at a certain hotel.
I'm sorry.
I received it by the glass, so I took a picture of the 4-gouge bottle at a souvenir booth in another hotel.
I bought a lot of souvenirs at that other hotel, so please forgive me.
The sake is yellowish and the color gives it a little bit of a frizzy taste.
The actual drink is also a bit frizzy, but it is pleasantly tasty.
It's a little bit fussy, but it's pleasant and tasty.

It is smooth and the aftertaste is quite refreshing.
The subtle sweetness, combined with the coolness of the acidity, makes for a refreshing drinking experience.
It is a gem of concentrated goodness of Aruze.
