We came across the first Shibori of Gunma Izumi, a freshly released limited edition sake; the January shipment is a Yamahai-brewed version.
My friend, who is not a regular sake drinker, really liked the freshly pressed sweet and spicy sake with a hint of ori.
It goes perfectly with fresh cold sake and strong food.
