さとるIt has a sweet aroma and taste and is easy to drink without being alcoholic. The spiciness remains at the end and is refreshing.
We found it in the local products section of a supermarket we stopped by in Niimi City, Okayama Prefecture. It is a brewing town, and there were a lot of sake and soy sauce on display, so I bought some soy sauce as well.
