This is also Takagaki Touji's last Hegata 🐍.

The first aroma is a hint of lactic acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the lactic acidity on the tip of your tongue, along with a hint of sweetness and umami.
I was impressed by the fact that even after 10 years, it is not twisted at all nor does it have a matured feel.

The first aroma is a hint of sourness and alcohol.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight sweet and sourness, followed by a chili sensation on the tip of your tongue.
I thought it lacked impact compared to Sanko Hebigata and Sanko Tenpyo, other than that, notwithstanding the chili sensation on the tip of the tongue.

The refreshing acidity and umami were exquisite and delicious.
I was surprised to find a sake with such a refreshing taste when heated.
I heard that this refreshing taste doesn't come out at all at room temperature or cold.
