Oeyama Junmai Daiginjo from Matsunami Shuzo in Noto! It was brewed with a new type of sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture, Hyakumangoku No Shiro, and served as a new sake for 2021! It was a very fragrant and fruity sake.

We were served a junmai sake from Katsucoma, a famous sake brewed in Toyama! It had a very nice aroma and the flavor of the rice was not too strong.

It is a freshly squeezed, unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake 2022 by Mr. Noriguchi. It was a delicious sake that was fresh and easy to drink.
