Oeyama Junmai Daiginjo from Matsunami Shuzo in Noto! It was brewed with a new type of sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture, Hyakumangoku No Shiro, and served as a new sake for 2021! It was a very fragrant and fruity sake.
It is a freshly squeezed, unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake 2022 by Mr. Noriguchi. It was a delicious sake that was fresh and easy to drink.
Even at 90 years old, it is still very active!
Riko-sama, it's nice to meet you ^_^ I live in Hokkaido, and there are some sake breweries, but I don't have a good image of them... However, as the rice has become better, so has the sake, and I'm glad that there are new breweries ^_^.
