It chills on the surface of the tongue.
I had this sake tonight, and wow, it has a crisp acidity and spiciness, making it a very crisp tasting sake.
As expected from a famous sake brewery, it is unquestionably a delicious sake.

Unlike Shibotan, which is light and dry, this sake is fruity and refreshing 😋.

Many of the [裏〜] brand sake labels are turned inside out when reflected in a mirror, so the labels are properly readable.
There will be one more brand-name sake to be released later 🤗.
The aroma was subtle, and the sake was slightly dry and crisp in the mouth.
