The only bottle sold in four-packs was Bikuyo, and it was sold out the minute I just opened it.
I've been drinking a lot of Funaka Hachisaku for some reason.
In the past, I've had a black one and Shiboritate, but this one seems to be a first for me!
It's dry but has umami and is easy to drink!
I had the same impression of Funaka Hassaku in the past.
At Kochi-Ehime roadside station tour trip. Purchased at a roadside station in the town of Sagawa. I was deeply moved to buy a local sake. When I opened the package, it was sweeter than I expected and not very sour, but after about three days, I could taste the sake and sourness, and it was delicious. But the fact that there was no sugar in it was a good reminder of the range of flavors in sake.

It's like Kochi sake, sharp and delicious. ❣️
Sake-like sweetness
Sake-like taste with moderate sourness and bitterness, but nothing too special...
I felt a little bit of rummy taste.
Longer aftertaste, but there is a lingering smell in the umami aftertaste.
I felt it was just right for a mealtime drink.
