Delicious👍
Junmai sake has a thick and smooth taste
The sweetness of the rice is quickly followed by the crispness of the sake.
The moment it disappears in the throat, it is crisp!
Delicious 😋.
So good that I had to say it twice 🤣
I bought this when I went on a trip to Kochi in the fall ✈️👜 and it was aging in the fridge ❔, but now I've opened a bottle 😀.
It comes in a beautiful box with a picture of Niyodo Blue where we went sightseeing and a beautiful picture of Nikkobuchi on the bottle ❕🥰.
It's a Kochi sake, 17% alcohol by volume, clean and dry, easy to pair with any meal. ‼️
It was a full-bodied yet refreshing sake with a slight sweetness and a complex and beautiful flavor.

Hello, Morito Kuri 😃.
Kochi is one of the places I'd like to visit‼️ bonito and Kochi sake 🥹I bet the Niyodo river is beautiful too😌I can imagine the clean and beautiful sake from the way you stand ☺️ is delicious 😚.
I went to Kochi. I enjoyed about 10 kinds of Kochi sake at a local izakaya. I decided to take this one home and drink it.
The aroma has a strong dry taste. It has a clear and dry taste with a slight citrus flavor. It is a good sake for a meal.
The fourth photo is from a kayak ride on the Niyodo River. 🏞️
Good evening, Mr. Gura 🦉.
Niyodo river is beautiful ✨It's made from this subsoil water, isn't it? Looks like it tastes beautiful😊.
You had a fulfilling trip with lots of drinks at the restaurant👍.
Pon-chan Good evening! It was a fulfilling trip 🍶The Niyodo River is beautiful and Kochi has delicious food and I can recommend it as a travel destination: ✈️
Trip to Kochi vol.1
It tastes like the image of Niyodo Blue itself that we have seen. It is a clear, refreshing, very easy-to-drink and delicious sake.

Sour taste → Bitter and spicy taste
There are peculiarities!
It's a refreshing taste, though,
It is refreshing, but I think it is suitable for different people.
It tastes similar to nama-zake.
It goes well with sweet food! (Personally, I like
Caramel corn, Lumand, etc.)
It has been a long time.
It has been a while since I have had sake at home today. It is Niyodo Blue brewed by Niyodo River in Kochi Prefecture.
The other day I went to Kochi on a trip by myself.
I started the pilgrimage as a sightseeing trip, but it turned out to be more than just a sightseeing trip, so I sacrificed a lot of food to complete it.
I really wanted to enjoy sake and other things more while I was there, but I tend to sacrifice food every year when I go away, so I guess in a way it was my own kind of trip.
This sake was purchased at the supermarket the night before the last day of the trip. I thought it had a refreshing taste, but when I drank it again today, I was a little surprised to find that it was even more refreshing than I remembered. It was delicious.
When I went to Kochi for some sightseeing, I found an unusually large number of people and wondered what was going on.
The Hirome Market was also crowded with people, so I decided to buy some side dishes and Niyodo Blue and have a drink at the hotel.
It is a dry sake that spreads in the mouth and leaves the mouth through the nose.
It has a clean flavor and goes well with seafood.
My daughter's travel souvenir and Father's Day gift.
I never got a chance to drink it, finally.
It is Niyodo Blue by Tsukasa Botan.
It is dry and has a strong taste.
It has a strong taste with a hint of sourness.
My daughter doesn't drink much sake, and she bought a packet of it.
But I think there are a lot of Kochi sake like this.
Dry sake is like Kochi? Is that a selfish image?
