Continued at Asano Sake Shop. Submission, I'll run out of power soon😅. For a long time, Shibotan was my father's favorite brand and he used to drink it well with hot sake. I was happy to find a draft of Funaka Hachisaku that I wanted to try. I didn't mind the super dryness of the sake, it had a subtle umami flavor and a crisp cut that left a sour taste, but it complemented the food with which it was served.

Wow, this one is habit, ricey... If you drink more, you can feel it's fruity, but then again, maybe that's because I haven't drunk that much! It's not the kind of fruity I like! I tried my best to feel it... In line with the depression!
