It was the best of the three drinks! The golden ratio of acidity and rice flavor with fruitiness like pineapple and cranberry! It was so easy to drink, I bought some to take home 🫠.

Classic sake taste 🎼. It has a watery, refreshing mouthfeel, but after the umami spreads softly, the pungent taste of alcohol spreads strongly at the end. I've been drinking too much modern sake, and this strain no longer seems dry to me...

Special Junmai🍶Hiyagoroshi The 4th cup of Nagaoka Sake no Jin is here. The feeling of rice. It can be taken as a bit of a tangy or umami taste. The aftertaste is quite dry. The pickled nanban and the spicy miso will advance the sake 😅The regulars make good use of a 100 yen store accessory case to hold the plastic cups. It was helpful ✨. Three days into the season and with excruciating muscle pain, I took yesterday afternoon and today off from snowmobiling to do some housework. (You can't take a day off from housework.) Finally, I've got most of the work done, and I'm slowly heating sake, lukewarm. The aroma is soft and banana-like. Of course it's delicious cold, but it's also very tasty lukewarm. I served it with Kameda's Kaki-no-tane without peanuts. The aroma spreading in your mouth is a treat, but it also warms you up as it passes down your throat and into your stomach, making heated sake a delicious winter treat. It has snowed heavily this year, and has been snowing since the day before yesterday, and is expected to continue to do so this evening.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑬ Booth of "Ofuku Masamune". The founder, Mr. Goro Kishi "applied lactic acid addition to sake mother" eliminated wild yeast and succeeded in pure cultivation of proper yeast, and is said to be the originator of the fast brewing brewery. It was established by Mr. Kamajiro Eda of the Brewing Research Institute (now the National Institute of Brewing Science and Technology). Ofuku Masamune Junmai Sake The sake has a full-bodied, mellow rice flavor and richness. It also has a slight nuttiness. Cold wholesale special junmai matured sake. It has more acidity than maturity and is a little dry and refreshing. I thought I could talk about the brewery, but he was not very talkative, so I quickly moved on.

Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA11 Ofuku Sake Brewery is the originator of fast brewing sake! I sometimes see it at Yodobashi and Yamaya. I drank Junmai Delicious with a strong umami flavor. Cold wholesale special junmai matured sake Easy to drink without the sense of aging, but not as good as Junmai. Surprised at the low price of both! The only thing that was a little bit of a problem was that the staff at the brewery didn't talk much except when I asked them a question... I don't know if it was because the sake was too expensive, but they didn't offer any tasting. The lack of motivation was really apparent 🤔. The Junmai was delicious, but I didn't buy it for that reason💦. I've been to worse places after this 😅.

It smells of rice bran. The bitterness comes in a rush, and then quickly subsides, and the alcohol comes in again later, without breaking off. It was a match made in heaven.

Middle. The aroma is more subdued than the hiyaoroshi on the left. But because it has not been laid down to rest, I think this one is easier to drink. It seems to go with everything! It is quite refreshing, or rather, clean, so I think you can easily put it down without any accompaniments. The aftertaste is really good too. I like this flavor! It's fun to compare drinks, I'm so glad!
