そめぞう
Three days into the season and with excruciating muscle pain, I took yesterday afternoon and today off from snowmobiling to do some housework. (You can't take a day off from housework.) Finally, I've got most of the work done, and I'm slowly heating sake, lukewarm.
The aroma is soft and banana-like. Of course it's delicious cold, but it's also very tasty lukewarm.
I served it with Kameda's Kaki-no-tane without peanuts.
The aroma spreading in your mouth is a treat, but it also warms you up as it passes down your throat and into your stomach, making heated sake a delicious winter treat.
It has snowed heavily this year, and has been snowing since the day before yesterday, and is expected to continue to do so this evening.
