Clear and deep sweetness 🤣.
A little bitter taste when heated, but when it cools down a bit, it's really mellow😍It goes great with cod roe ‼️

Yesterday was my medical checkup, so it was two days in the middle of the day, and I hadn't had a drink in three days.
When I got home, the table was more crowded than expected👍.
The lineup of ingredients related to Niigata Prefecture included Namasu Uri, Ego-Neri, and pickled eggplant.
I wanted to drink Niigata sake, so I bought some at the sake corner of Yodobashi Camera in Shinjuku after work.
It is a "Go-Echigo" Junmai Ginjyo Nama-Shu from Ofuku Masamune, a sake brewery located near the former Yamakoshi Village in Nagaoka City.
It is a light, dry sake with an old-fashioned taste and a moderate flavor.
The third image is today's lunch, in homage to Manta's post.
Mabokari is a new restaurant that opened this month in the west exit area of Shinjuku station.
The combination of mapo tofu and curry alone has quite an impact and makes you want to try it first👍.

On the way back from a business trip to Niigata, I visited this shop to collect sake stamps.
I was attracted by the sake that needed to be refrigerated, but gave it up because of the timing of my return to Nagoya.
The taste is delicious.

I bought this cup of sake at Niigata Station Ponshu-kan when I went on a trip to Niigata. The cup has a design of a bull poking its horns and a Nishikigoi carp, which seems to be a specialty of Nagaoka City.
It tastes quite umami and has a dry, refreshing aftertaste.

The 300ml bottle sold in the refrigerator was priced at over 1000 yen, but when I opened it immediately after purchase, the aroma was very distinctive. I had a bad feeling at this point, but when I put it in my mouth, it tasted just like the aroma. It tasted just like the aroma in my mouth, and the smell was so bad that I felt it was an alcoholic beverage.
The condition before entering the store? I have my own preferences and timing, but the performance for the price is very poor. No repurchase for me!
