( -ᴗ- و(و"🍶🍶🍶🍶 Opening the bottle was Saturday night 🌃I got a half-full Haruura from Turtle Sea that was only half-full before I knew it 😀. Opened with a nice shpon ✨. It seems like there's almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth it's slightly effervescent with a gentle sweetness and a beautiful acidity 😊Then a mild umami and bitterness that seems to disappear forever 😚This is a delicious spring-like sake 🥳.

|-'-)❣🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had another sake from Nagano Prefecture, Kame no Umi🐢🌊 😀 The aroma is a rather gorgeous ginjo aroma 😚 with a solid umami and acidity 🥰 the sweet and umami acidity is well balanced and disappears with a bitter taste 😊 it is a delicious sake with enough presence on its own 🥳.

I bought it because it was recommended to me as the most fruity sake in the store right now 😱My taste has changed from sweet and fruity to sharp and dry, but a good one has a nice aftertaste 😋.

Today is the first time for you to visit the turtle sea. Polishing ratio 59%. Alcohol content 15 100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture The aroma is subdued, with a soft sweetness that tastes like freshly cooked rice, and finishes with a refreshing bitterness. The umami taste in the mouth is especially delicious 😊. They also have a yellow label unfiltered raw sake, so I'd love to try that too 🤔. The entrée was salmon soaked in sake. I soaked it in mirin and it was also delicious 😋.

This is a good balance! I like the bitterness that comes later, not too sweet, but with a delicious flavor. There is a slight lingering taste. It's also reasonably priced, so it would be perfect for home drinking. I bought two more bottles.

Hello, Tokki! Kame no Kai's yellow label is delicious 😋. My first Kame no Kai sake at home was a yellow labeled unfiltered raw sake, but this one looks delicious too 🎵. The lingering bitterness is nice 🤗.

Turtle Sea Tha Malique 720ml Rice used: Hitogochiki from Nagano Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 13%. Juicy Malique with apple acidity has been opened. It is like a dark apple wine. Am I the only one who thinks that if more of this were shipped, it would surely be very popular 😋.

I still had some sake left over from a summer trip to Saku. Kame no Umi by Tsuchiya Shuzo, my favorite sake brewery. This is the first time I have tasted the engine label. Fruity mouthfeel, slowly becoming crisp and dry. It has a flavor that is not so common. This kind of taste is also good.
