It's called the best sake 💪.
This is very promising 😏.
It has umami and sweetness, plus a very subtle bitterness.
It's a lot of different tastes, but well balanced and generally refreshing and easy to drink 😙.
It's a beautiful sake ✨
Nama Hashiroshi, which comes out at this time of year 🍶.
It's hiyaoroshi,
It's hiyaoroshi, but the higher the temperature, the sweeter it gets,
It's always better to keep it chilled ✨.

When we first visited the sake shop in September, we were told that the stock had run out a few days before. When I asked if the next batch would be available, the brewer told me they had no more in stock. I asked if it would be available next time, and was told that it might be if the brewer had any in stock. The next time I visited in October, they had some 😄.
I opened the first bottle with Hitokochiki. It is light, refreshing, and tastes great with a hint of sweetness and acidity 😋.
Nice aroma of muscat and pineapple.
The mouth is bursting with the flavor of voluptuous, flavorless rice!
Fruity and mellow umami. The price is reasonable and quite satisfying. This is delicious.
Good evening, ma-ki!
I would like to try other sake than yellow label because it is reasonably priced and tastes good!
Nagano sake is very high quality, isn't it?
Junodai Nama, a limited edition from the brewery
And it's Kinmon Nishiki!
I'm glad I made the trip to the brewery!
Very fresh, with a nice muscat aroma.
It has a little acidity and is delicious 😋.
It's mellow and sweet, so I was satisfied with about 2 gou of it!
The second day it is even sweeter and tastes even better!
Today, I drank it before and enjoyed it so much that I bought it again, a special sake from Kame no Kai in Saku, Nagano Prefecture, which is a betsuatsurai raw mellow junmai ginjo-namaishu❗️3 place only sells it, and they are out of one bottle this season and only have No. 4 available. ❗️
The aroma is fresh, fruity and sweet with the freshness of raw ginjo❗️A sip will give you a dense texture on the tongue, followed by tingling, fruity sweetness and finally sourness❗️and the aroma of ginjo leaves your nose❗️❗️Great taste of raw, fresh, tingling ginjo! Sake❤️ still good sake❗️
Today's sake is a Junmai Ginjo unfiltered unpasteurized sake from Tsuchiya Shuzo's Kame no Umi❗️ its Hitogotchi in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture. ❗️❗️
The aroma is fresh and sweet with a hint of ginjo❗️As you take a sip, you get a dense texture and a tingling sensation with sourness❗️And then a sharp numbness and a fruity aroma of ginjo from nose to nose❗️❗️A great sake as a mealtime drink❤️
Good evening, Mr. FUJIYAMA!
I had Kame no Kai's yellow label sake for my first home drinking experience and it is a very delicious and wonderful sake 😋.

Umakuchi style sake brewed with organically grown rice! An autumn limited edition sake!
The sake rice used is 100% Yamae-Nishiki, a valuable organic JAS-certified rice. The taste is pleasantly balanced, with a light and moderate umami. The taste is pleasantly balanced, with a light and moderate umami, yet it also has structure and can be served warmed! The palate is full and juicy, with many nuances.
The aroma is quite pleasant. It is a good sake for a warmer.
Hi Higu, I see you drank Semishigure 🎵.
I had it for the first time this year and it was delicious 😋.
The sound of cicadas has subsided and it's finally autumn 🍁.
