I was thinking 🤔 I've been drinking sweet sake for a while now, and I wanted to drink something refreshing 🤔, and I remembered this one that J, who loves acidity, took me to the liquor store where I got Ippo Ki the other day, attracted by the word "white koji" written in the introduction of the sake 🤗.
It's not a classic, but it's Hatsukariho 😊.
I think it's a summer sake 😅I'll try it 🎵

The balance of sweetness: sourness: bitterness changed day by day, the first day the sourness won, on the second day the sweetness of the aftertaste came out from the sourness, and on the third day the bitterness seemed to stand up 🤔.
I think the best flavor was the second day, when the moderate sweetness and sourness were in harmony. ☺️
